Just a section that doesn’t look like it was cleaned thoroughly. There are sections where you can see the marks from the vacuum and it looks cleaner than others right next to it. Hard to see in certain lights.
Chad who came to our house did an excellent job and was very patient in explaining the process and costs involved. He was great to work with!

The technician was just going to estimate the size of my countertops. He didn’t have a measureing tape so I have him one. I am sure he measured incorrectly, and properly over charged me quite a bit. When I asked him about it, and measured with him, it was evident he didn’t know how to measure sq. Footage. Also, several days later, I went into a room which no one had been in since the carpets had been cleaned, and discovered a mid sized gash on the corner of my furniture caused by the equipment. Not happy about that. Technician was nice, but just needs some extra training on proper measuring procedures. Don’t like being overcharged.

Great job on the carpets. Riley was very courteous, on time and very efficient. Carpets look very good now.
The carpet looked fine before you cleaned it, terrible after. Your manager came and looked at it, said it will look OK after it has been vacumed 3 o 4 times. Another Company cleaned it and it is fine now.

I have always been satisfied with the end results. The technicians are respectful and pleasant. Never had a problem with Zerorez.
However, I do have a complaint. This past treatment we were charged $75 x 7 = $525 for sever pet treatment. I did ask for the service when I called to make the appointment. The technician talked to my brother (who was not paying) that it would be better if we just put in new carpet, instead of getting the treatment. My mother (who was paying) was not given that information. We do appreciate the technician's honest opinion and agree with him.
I hope next time, the technician (whoever it may be in the future) will share his information/opinion with the one who pays for the cleaning. I also understand there may have been some confusion for the technician when he arrived. He did a fine job, but it was more expensive than expected. Thank you for making our home a cleaner one.

It was a little exhausting because your company tried to up sell us at every turn. The carpet cleaning was great. I have no complaints regarding the job itself. I just hate when they constantly ask to do really expensive upgrades.
