Had you clean carpets in 5 rooms,and had a couple of heavy traffic areas. Your tech was very courteious, The rooms came out very nice and clean. He seemed to know what he was doing. Very good job.
I own a carpet shampooer, and was unsatisfied with the results and thought (wrongly) that a professional carpet cleaning service would achieve better results.
It did not.
It was fast, but that's really all I can say that is positive (although, I don't know how much credit I can give here since I did all the heavy lifting removing furniture myself)
The technician was in & out very quickly. I was not informed of any stain treatments which may have achieved a better result. Just spent my morning moving furniture, and paid a hundred and forty bucks for results I could have (and have in the past) produced myself.
From here on out, I'll stick with the carpet shampooer I own which was a better over all investment, and would recommend that anyone else do the same.
On a side note, the carpet did not feel anymore "residue free" than after using my personal shampooer. I'd have preferred harsh chemicals that may have left some residue, or even an odor in exchange for a better clean.
Recap: The benefit did not justify the cost in either time (moving furniture and allowing the carpet to dry) or money.
The technician was fast, and my carpet looks great. Besides not wearing shoes, I haven't done much to protect my carpet, which is 15 years old. I can't believe the difference it made to have my carpets professionally cleaned. I'm so glad I did it.

Did wonders for my 10 yr old carpet .
It does a very good job of deep cleaning! The technicians are very friendly and explain the process.
Pete did a really good job on our carpets. He was knowledgeable about how keeping your carpets vacuumed will help with the longevity of your carpets. He was pleasant and we enjoyed visiting with him.

Your teams are very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. Which is something you would expect from a carpet cleanig company. (But you would be surprised at how many companies do not take the time to teach their technicians before sending them out to a clients home)
