I like the ads about no residue. I knew about this for years---when it was Venturi---and use only Zerorez.

We recommend the man who came to our house. He was very nice. However, after he used the equipment on our playroom carpet, and walked thru the vinyl floor of the dining area, it was filthy, and so was where he had been in the foyer. Would it have been shoes or the hose? I had just washed our kitchen, dining, and foyer floors about 4 days ago. They never get so dirty.

At first, when we noticed the smears, we wiped them up with damp paper towels. They were black! We wiped up a lot, but I realized that I had to wash the floors with a mop and with more than just the vinegar and water I usually use. Finally got it done a little while ago. I came to my computer while the foyer was drying and saw this "survey".

Clean not chemicals

Overall I am happy with my carpets. There was a spot on the carpet that was left feeling crunchy and not as soft as the rest. I am sure there was a spill in that spot but I didn't remember to point that out to the zero Rez employee who cleaned our carpet so not sure if he missed that on cleaning. The rest of the carpet feels very clean and I love how soft it is after having zero Rez do your thing:-)

I feel the carpet cleaner was in and out of the house too fast to really do a good job. Also, the small master bath which has carpet wasn’t completely carpet cleaned. Nothing was cleaned around the toilet. And the carpeted floor board behind the door in the master wasn’t cleaned at all. Lots of stains still throughout the house which could have come out if done slower and not so fast!

I've been using Zerorez for a while now and will continue to do so. Employees are very professional and efficient.

I have always been pleased with your service but this time I had 5 spots and none of them are gone the day after my carpets were cleaned.

There were several places in the living room that look like they were missed. Had to go over them with my home carpet shampoo machine

I was supposed to be first on the list that morning for the cleaning. Instead, he arrived over two hours past the time that was scheduled. A piece of his equipment broke and set him back almost another hour. I took off work because they said they would be there first thing in the morning. Totally took way too long and didn’t come through with what was promised.

Good value and the carpets look great. The technician called promptly as promised and was on time.

I was so impressed with how good my carpets looked. Other companies have “cleaned” them but I was not happy with the results. My carpets had some stains that i thought would never come out. Boy was I wrong! I love the look and the feel of my carpets. The technician was very professional and friendly. He kept me informed on what would be done and did not leave without my approval. Your employee was friendly and knowledgeable. My kitchen tile and grout looks as good as it did 18 years ago when we built our home. He cleaned the carpet good and hs told us everything he was using and what it was used for
