He was very nice and helpful in telling about the cleaning.

I like the way it cleans and stays clean for quite awhile.
There was one thing though .....I booked on line and had an area rug to clean. The price was $10. on the website. I thought that was quite a good price. When they called me to confirm nothing was mentioned about the area rug. When the tech got here he said there was a problem with the computer and they didn't have it fixed and it would be $1 per sq ft. Even though that was the case I would expect the company to stand behind what was posted on their website, or let me know when they called to confirm, not wait until the tech gets here and have him change the price. I paid the price and the rug looks good.

The men were courteous and patient with us as we were not quite ready. They set up while we finished. They explained what they were doing, and what the different procedures were. They were very clean and careful of our walls and corners.

The young man that was here was very thorough and went over areas more than once that seemed to need it.
I feel the technician could/should have paid better attention to some of the stains I pointed out. I didn't see any real extra effort in those areas, and some of the stains are still there. I don't feel they were difficult stains by any means, and that some attention could easily have resolved them.

OUr tech Kyle did a great job on some really heavily trafficked areas. He explained what he was doing, was very personable and professional. He worked quickly but didn’t rush. We were very impressed with him and the job he did. Our carpets look great. Thanks!

It was very expensive (450) and my house smells worse now then it did before you guys came. I didn't have this issue the last time you guys cleaned my carpets
Got our soiled carpet (that had not be cleaned in over 10 years) back to almost brand new! The carpet does not smell like wet dog or is crunchy like other cleaners do!

Angelo was our technician and he did an amazing job for us. He was on time and professional and did a very thorough job. He took extra time to make sure he protected our walls and wood work and did a great job cleaning some tough areas.
I would recommend ZEROREZ to anyone. This is the second time we have used them and they have been outstanding.
Cleaner was nice and friendly. But after he was done I noticed carpet was still dirty in places. I used a white cloth and swiped it on carpet and showed him how much dirt was still left in carpet. He cleaned that area but I still got some up in other areas when he was gone. I also didn't like the fact that he didn't have an attachment that would get into smaller areas.
This is just for traffic areas. I'm in a highrise and he told me that they couldnt get other equipment up into bldg. However, I have had cleaners that did and had other attachments with them.
I probably won't have your company back or recommend you to others in the building.
