Things get really clean and not left very damp at all. The carpets stay clean for a long time because dirt doesn't stick to them. The pet treatments really do remove everything so that no other animals are attracted to those areas even though the odors were not previously noticeable to me, I could tell they were to other animals - but not now! The gentlemen providing the service were very friendly and professional in every way and took the time to explain things and do a great job.

Cleaned my carpet and kitchen tile. What they pulled out of the carpet with their brushes was nice to see go bye-bye before they extracted. Carpet dried fast, grout looked new and I added in sealer.
Technician Rees Llewellyn was professional, quick and knowledgable. He checked my ducts and furnace fan. The ducts looked better than previous examples he showed me so I decided to wait.
It's the only service anyone should use for carpet, rugs, tile, grout or duct work.

I left an email on you website. I had an appointment Monday May 14, 2018. The tech came and cleaned carpet in our family room and a rug under my kitchen table. The carpet and rug looked great BUT...he said it would take several hours to dry. When I went in the room in early evening, there was an area that had a huge bulge. I stepped on the carpet and it was still VERY wet, wet enough I needed a few towels to try to absorb the water. The subfloor was bubbled. This was after your working hours, so we took (2) space heaters and put on this area for 4-5 hours. When we went to bed, we turned off the space heaters and put a box fan on the area. When my new furniture was delivered on Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. the carpet was still quite damp. Like I said, the carpet and rug looked great, but I cannot get over the technician not extracting all the water in this area. It's dry now, but the bulge in the sub floor still exists, it's about the size of a basketball and is between 2" - 3" high. I have put furniture over it!!

We liked that all the spots came out of our carpets even ones that had resurfaced from previous owners of two years ago. The technicians were on time and very careful not to damage any of our furniture or walls.

I was very disappointed in how clean my carpet was and how wet it was (still wet to the touch 24 hours later). I received the advertised price but for the cleaning quality, I felt like it was pretty expensive. My stairs look cleaner but otherwise, I don't feel like the 2 rooms and hallway were any better than before they were cleaned. I didn't say anything while the technicians were here because I thought that once the carpet dried and was vacuumed it would look better. It didn't. I regret spending the money.
Carpet still wet in treated area after 3 days. And feels tacky and not clean, to the touch. I was excited to have your service, since I heard good things about your service.

Also feel scammed on pricing. Told I needed the special treatment which I agreed on, and he said he would try to only use 2 gallons. Then he stated that I would actually need 4 to 6 gallons- but if I would give him a tip, he wouldn’t charge for the extra chemicals. I don’t know how much he really used. Just didn’t feel good about that!
I am having a wedding there soon so wanted it to look good.

My carpet was very soft and clean when I arrived home. However, there were a few spots that the tech said would come out but didn't. He gave me other options to get it out. I thought calling you was my option to get it out.
I had my carpet cleaned on 5/7 and asked for a receipt. The person said I would receive it via email that day but it is now the 15th and I still haven't received it. Please send me a copy of my receipt.
I am shocked by my experience with this company. I was referred by a close friend who recommend this service because the cleaning process was great even though no soap is used. We called to schedule an appointment and were quoted $314 for our 5 bedroom, 1300 sq. ft. home. Although the price was double what we were expecting we decided the premium price would be a worth-while investment for the new home.
The only furniture in the house were two beds: a small bunkbed in the basement and a king size bed in the master bedroom. The associate who helped schedule our appointment explained that the beds should not be a problem as they would be able to clean around them, move the beds and then finish the room. We were then promised protective foam pads for the wooden feet to protect our furniture from water damage, Great! We scheduled the appointment.
The next day when our cleaner arrived he walked with us through the house noting stains and other difficult areas. When we got to the basement he said the bunkbed would not need to be moved because it was far enough off the ground to clean under. In the master he told us the bed would need to be moved so my boyfriend offered to stay and help move the bed when he needed, but the cleaner declined.
In the next room our cleaner pulled out his blacklight to revel pet stains on the floor. He told us that we would need to pay an extra $50 per room for a special pet stain cleaner that would clean the mess left behind by the previous residents. Two rooms needed the chemical, bringing our new quote to $414. Once again shocked by the price we agreed that the investment was worth clean carpets and piece of mind in our new home.
Finally we showed our cleaner two dark stains near the kitchen, hoping that they could be removed. He said he would try his best... not too reassuring from a person who does this for a living but we figured he knew what he was doing and trusted the professional.
He told us it would only take about 45 minutes and asked if we planned to pay before or after he cleaned the carpets. We said we'd like to pay after he was done; he began cleaning and told us we could leave him to work and come back after the time to see the work and pay.
When we came back he told us the stains near the kitchen couldn't be removed, they were too tough. In a hurry, we paid him and hoped for better results through the house. After he swiped my card, before leaving, he made sure to inform us of this review that would come in my email and asked if we could give him a 10/10 as it would "really help him out."
I wouldn't be writing this review if he hadn't asked for a perfect rating, because he obviously felt he'd done an outstanding job. Upon further inspection later that day we found pet hair on the surface of the living room floor, completely dry carpet under our master bed and no foam protectant pads under either bed. We thought we were paying a premium price for a premium service, but instead we were lied to. I am very disappointed by this experience, I don't feel that we got anywhere near our money's worth. I will not be recommending Zerorez to anyone.

Right from the initial phone call, Zerorez wanted to do business with me and wanted to know what I wanted and when. We made the first possible appointment, then followed up when a new time became available. Zac was on time and went right to work. He asked what I wanted. We reviewed any concerns I had and any special requests for me to move furniture. Zac was attentive to details, asking me and pointing out possible areas to be cleaned or things to be done.He cleaned up after he was completed. The price was as quoted. He did not try to up-sell me but gave me options. I did not feel undue pressure to do more than I wanted done. Great experience and will give Zerorez another call. Neighbors already asked how I liked the job after they saw the van at my home. Very impressed.
