The zerorez employees always clean your carpets like they are cleaning their own home.
You've cleaned our carpets for a number of years. We keep coming back.
I have had a couple of issues with discoloration since the cleaning. Someone is already coming to take a look at them next week.

This was the first time we asked Zerorez to clean our carpets. We didn't know what to expect
so we watched what Fernando did. He knew what he was doing and answered the questions
we had. We had needed a couple of chairs cleaned also. Since we didn't know what the stains were, he did what he could to get them out. As for the carpets, we were so impressed to see so much dirt extracted from them. Most carpet cleaner companies just rub the dirt into the carpet, soaking the carpet as well. That didn't happen here. So much dirt was lifted and now I can walk barefoot on it. Boy, does that feel good!
I'd recommend Zerorez to anyone who wants a thorough job, well done.
The carpets were not as clean this time as they were a few weeks ago. I don't think they took the time needed to clean the carpets. The last person took twice the amount of time for less carpets.

Your techs were professional and offers a few products but we're not pushy about them which I admired because I was on a budget this time. At least I will know about the products if need them next time.

The two workers arrived on time and took care to not bang into walls with equipment, etc. They offered additional services that were not scheduled but there was no pressure. The results of the upholstery cleaning were much better than expected. The carpet, area rugs, sofa, and chair looked great and I will definitely use this company again.
