I've been a customer of zerorez...and always had spectacular service and technician. This last visit from the company...the technician was rushed and eager to finish up and leave....very rushed...I felt the job could have been more complete and cleaned more throughly

The technician was very friendly and professional and the carpets looked great.

Your service is excellent. The only issue is most likely my own. For about another $500 We could've just had the carpets and pads replaced.

It was just a little expensive, however my wife says your technician treated her well and was professional and treated her very well.

I was really impressed with how clean everything looked--even the traffic areas.

First of all, I want to say, scheduling an appointment was easy and quick. I loved it! Second of all, our carpet had not been cleaned for 7 years. We realized it would not come all the way clean. And last of all the technician did ask my husband to look at the job before he left. I was not home at the time.

We had asked for the living room, the stairs and the hallway to be cleaned along with a lazy boy chair.

The reasons I am not 100% happy are:
(1) The doors in the hallway were not opened. Therefore the entrance to the bedrooms and bathroom and hall closets have 1-2 inches that were left completely undone. Although my husband did not notice this, I feel like the "professional" should have been aware of the need to clean in these areas.

(2) The drying time of the cleaned areas was at least 48 hours. The technician finished the job on Wednesday morning at 10:30 and it is not until today, Saturday, that I feel comfortable putting the furniture back. I understand our carpet was heavily soiled, but 48 hours?

(3) Our carpet dried crusty. I feel vacuuming did help the crustiness but I 'm wondering what caused the crustiness. Is there soap still in the carpet?

(4) The stairs , we have a split entry home, so the stairs are used constantly. The stairs going down are especially spotty with areas that are still dirty. And the area at the bottom is disappointing. The area in front of the door going out to the garage was not clean.

(5) When I got home from work and felt the chair that had been cleaned , the end of the arm rest felt sticky. I scraped the stickiness and got a fingernail full of dirt.

I will say again, our carpet was very dirty. Maybe all these issues are consequences of that fact. I wish I had been home to ask and talk to the technician.

If someone were to ask me if I would recommend Zerorez, I would tell them how easy it was to schedule a time on line and how quickly you were available. And then I would tell them to be aware of the trouble spots and look carefully at the job before approving it.

Thorough, careful, honest

I was very impressed with the how courteous everyone I dealt with was from the scheduler to the technician who cleaned the carpet. They were on time and very efficient. They were careful with their equipment and best of all the carpet looks wonderful. Thank you all.

Sometimes I think chemicals are needed to remove stains. I think I could have done as good myself with a rug doctor

Sections of my carpet look like they never came clean. The technician said it looked like maybe it's polyester and it's just wear and tear, but disappointing all the same. He did apply protectant to one section for free, but not the rest.
Also he didn't set up any fans while he was there, and it took 24 hours for the carpet to dry, despite my own fans I had on all day. Much longer than advertised!
The technician was polite and did what he could (he says) for the carpet, but overall it was a disappointing experience.
I was planning to schedule another appointment in a week or two to clean the carpets in my basement...I'm having second thoughts and hope it will be worth it.

Fast and friendly

We were given a time and he came several hours earlier. Spot cleaning little spots just seems to cost way more than it should. Something that started at 109 went to 333 really fast.
