The process is different than others.
so far the carpets look good and the technicians were excellent. I was happy with the service.
Carpets stay cleaner longer than with other companies.
Love Zerorez! They come on time, are very thorough, and our carpets look great! Can’t beat the price either.
The products are great and the process used helps the carpets to dry very quickly. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the services they offer.
The carpets did not dry until after we went to bed. We had fans and dehumidifiers running all night after an 8:30 am appointment, the stairs were a bit damp even in the morning but not wet. Two upstairs rooms dried in about 10 to 12 hours. Paying 60.00 for the stairs and them being wet so long was not appealing.
We split our service between two separate visits. This visit the carpets dried in less than 6 hours and we were very pleased. The first visit the floors did not dry until overnight, the appointment was at 8:30 am even with fans running. The least time was about 10 hours.
The price. You are twice as much as everyone else.

I was curious about the special water and tried the 3 room special for $79. The technition was professional and worked hard. No complaints with him. And I had some traffic stains that I could not get out with my Hoover shampooer. So I would pay the pro this time.
I was dissappointed in the final cost, with required "add ons", especially since the soiled traffic areas did not get completely clean, there is still a "ghosting", and was told that was the best they could do, even though the few tough stain spots came out, but not all the dirt. And it was not as soft to walk on as I emagined it would be.
I recall a rental unit that the carpet was trashed, and the conventional carpet shampooing service got ALL of the stains out, I was surprised to not have to replace that carpet.
Although he said it was not necessary. The next day after it completely dried, as I always do, I vaccuumed with my thouroughly cleaded Shark vac to see what came up. I had to empty the canister twice and it was full of dark gray dust and some carpet fibers....like a normal vacuuming before any carpet cleaning.
I was expexting very little, almost white dust, like after I rinse the carpet myself with my Hoover using distilled water.
It was an expensive lesson to learn. I probilbly will not do this again.
The tech was very nice, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied, and I felt like he knew what he was doing.
Had the fans at the point of service rather than us having to request them

I think you could improve on your price and your communication.
I felt the price was high for the items that were not on the Jan special.
There was an issue with the cleaners not being able to work for the first few hours of their appointment and I was hoping the company would come to bat with a deep discount to accommodate for the inconvenience,but no one has contacted me.
Great job! very informative! Carpet looked great, felt soft and dried fast.

Much appreciation to our sales rep who went out of his way to make things right. That being said, the tech showed up with no instructions on what the job entailed. He ended up having to come back another day for several hours. There was a very serious lack of communication on ZeroRez's part. There was a definite need for understanding how to do business with commercial properties (as opposed to residential).
The technicians were very professional and efficient and went above and beyond. I had two small decorative bed pillows I needed cleaned in addition to my mattress and they threw it in no charge. I really appreciated it. And will definitely use zerorez in the future.
