Been using Zerorez for quite awhile now. Originally changed because we liked the cleaning methods and once we did, we have never used anyone else. Always professional, always helpful and fantastic work. I've you haven't tried them you have to give them a shot. You will be glad you did. Thank you

What do you like about our products and services?

The Zerorez technicians are always helpful and professional. They tell you about the services that are available besides just the basic cleaning but don't make you feel pressured to do anything else. My carpets look so good after they are cleaned and they smell even better.
I would highly recommend Zerorez to anybody.

The date was changed immediately after the original day and yet, when we got home phone was full of messages, indicating the technicians were on their way. Forget it!

What do you like about our products and services?

We had a light carpet and it looked marvelous. NO traffic lanes at all. Even the eating area looked wonderful. And the stairs too. Jacob did the service and he was so courteous, very thorough in assessing what needed to be done and explaining things to me. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I had zerorez clean my carpet and when it dried it didn’t look great. I called back in and they sent a different tech out that went above and beyond to make the carpets look great. It would have been awesome had it looked great the first time but they made things right and the carpets look great now.
