I signed up on line and had no clue that my quote was going to jump from 260 to 1470. That was a shock. It should have been mentioned that they were going to bring a black light to search for the unseen because the equipment wasn't good enough to do a good cleaning and they needed to find hidden spots to add a special spot cleaner. I only needed the carpets cleaned. If I thought you didn't have the right equipment to clean my carpets I would have used the company I usually do. My husband heard about your company and said we should try you. I am sorry but I am not a happy customer.
Clean technicians who did a great job cleaning my tile.
Did not get a stain out. You have always been able too. That is something you guys could do that know one else does. I also think you charge ways to much for the stairs and furniture. Stairs should be no more than 40.00. I was very surprised by the 60 dollars price.
I have always been a do it your self guy. I have clean my stairs many times. It is not that hard.
Four rooms for 99 is not that great of a deal if we are paying a lot for any extras we want done.

Carpet "crunches" when walked upon as though there were were a starch or other stiff residue. Area rug still shows footprints. Operator was good and attentive to requests.
Good communication about arrival time, and friendly efficient worker. He worked along but quickly and asked where trouble spots would be and paid special attention to those. Completed and cleaned up well, and did a great job!

The gentleman who cleaned our carpets was nice and seemed to do a good job.
However, you tell your employees to sell, sell, sell..... so many UPSELLS and I really dislike that.
So, I will never call ZeroRez again. You PROMOTE a SPECIAL but then you tell your cleaners to UPSELL, UPSELL, UPSELL.
I'm done. You've come several times and it's always the same - so I'm done.
My appointment was scheduled for late afternoon 3-5 pm. So I scheduled my calendar for the day to fit that time. About 10 am I received a call from your tech stating that he was 15 minutes away and would be there shortly. I was not even home at the time. The tech did not say "I had a cancellation and would it be possible to come early?" Just stated he would be there in 15 minutes. His accent was very thick and he was difficult to understand. I told him I was not home and could not possibly be ready for him until at least noon. I had to hurry home and move furniture quickly.
When he offered my "extra services" he was again hard for me to understand. He told me he was new on the job and I feel that he didn't really know how to present these services. There was another Production manager with him, I assume training him.
He was very polite and respectful, as was the production manager.
I had received a coupon for four rooms of carpet or tile. I scheduled one room of tile and when they looked at it they said they could not do it because it was travertine. I feel that I should have been told that when I scheduled the appointment. It was a pain to have moved all the dining room chairs and table out and then not be able to get that area cleaned as expected.
There are no dirt paths that reappear!!!! I love the method of cleaning that is used.
