Carpet was cleaned carefully and properly, within a reasonable time.

They arrived when they said they would, were kind and courteous, worked efficiently, and made sure we were happy with the results!

First, you called me back to confirm the date of the appointment, and said someone would call on Saturday to confirm the time. No call by Tuesday, so I called, and asked why nobody called on Saturday. 'Oh we called and left a message. I asked what number they called, and the response was one number off the correct number. You had my correct number, because you called me to confirm the order to begin with. Next, on both times, I asked that the tech bring me the name and phone number of the referral to do carpet stretching. The tech seemed much more interested in hurrying to get done and on to his next appointment, than providing the number. After he left

Zerorex performs a variety of services. I feel like I have new furniture and floors with everyone they've cleaned. Nice job.

I should have asked ahead of time but it would be good if you explained to new clients what the tech will be doing. This way the customer knows what to expect from the techs.

I really liked scheduling my service online svc the follow up on my appt as well as update to when they would arrive on that day. The guys that cleaned, my floor were very nice and very helpful. Great smiles. They were quick and got it cleaned!! Thacks

We have always been pleased with the quality of service by Zerorez. We have them clean the carpets and then apply the protective spray. This seems to help keep it clean longer. We will never use anyone else. No soap, leaves no residual soap to attract dirt.

Make the customer aware of possible additional charges before the technician arrives, such as: extra fees for protectant, sanitizing and grout sealing. That way it wouldn't seem like your piling on extra fees.

We have used Zerorez for several years now and find your cleaning exceptional.
The technician always manages to add/charge one more room to the list each time.
Your December advertisements indicated $33/room but we were charged $36/room.
This last bill also has a 30% VIP discount error of $9.00 which your bookkeeper should have caught and notified us about.

The technician was awesome and did a first-rate, fantastic job, efficiently and quickly. He was friendly and a good worker that represents your company very well. Our carpets turned out clean and looking like new to which we are most pleased.

We however have a problem where some of the carpet cleaning solutions got on the hard wood floor and removed the varnish. We hope we can resolve this issue with your company.

Great service!

Carpet was very clean afterwards. There was no weird odor after either. The person who cleaned the carpets was courteous and respectful of our living situation as we live in the basement.

The tech was extremely good....taking time to answer all my questions and did a very good job. He was great!!!!

The technician was very professional and friendly. It was quick, and very efficient. Spendy, but worth it.

I was quoted a price for around $285. My bill was over $550! We added a rug and a little bit of pet treatment. Didn't think it would about double! You guys need to give more accurate pricing on what to expect.

Excellent service, we were worried they wouldn't be able to clean an especially filthy carpet . They managed to clean it perfectly.

I lived in henderson, nv for years and used Zerorez there and loved it. We are in springville now and so I called Zerorez in Utah because we loved them in henderson so much. It was very frustrating to find you had a $150 Minimum. We went ahead and had you come because my daughter in law was coming home from being in the hospital for 3.5 months. We only needed to have two rooms cleaned for her return so on top of everything else we had this extra bill also. I will think twice about having you again because we had things cleaned just to reach the minimum.
