The guy that came and cleaned my carpets was very helpful and very professional. He knew a lot about the services the company offers. Very personable and his costumer service was excellent.
The carpets took a very long time to dry - we were told it'd take 4-8 hours and were given instructions on the temperature we should set our house to and followed directions as given. But, he was done cleaning at 11:00am and they weren't dry until the next morning. The smell was also pretty strong that was left in the house. Finally, I wish that the costs were a bit more reasonable for stairs - the prices were great for everything but felt like a bit of a rip off for stairs. The technician was great and was extremely helpful and was in and out in two hours.
You’re scheduling process is very difficult. There should be a more definitive time given. I was told my appointment would be in the morning. Then I got a call stating it would be between 10am and 12pm. The technician then showed up closer to 2pm because his previous client kept adding services. That should not be allowed out of respect for all the other clients scheduled for that day. It was extremely difficult to get an answer on why this occurred. The tech performed a great service and I’m happy with the clean carpets. There really should be changes made to your scheduling.
My tile looks like new again, along with the grout! There was a couple spots they missed on the carpet but they were more then quick to come back and fix the problem. Great company!
I think the carpets look clean and feel clean
I am amazed how clean the carpet is with so little water and scrubbing. Your add is for real, & I am normally suspicious of ads on the radio etc.

Zerorez was a great experience. Our technician Jacob was amazing, he arrived, walked through the house and explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. He acted as if it was his house he was cleaning. No hidden costs and our carpet and tile looked amazing when he was done. Thanks

HER ESTIMATE WAS ROUGHLY $200 . MAN CAME AND DID JOB - EXTRA PET TREATMENT BECAUSE OF URINE, ETC. NO UPDATE ON WHAT WAS BEING DONE UNTIL AFTER JOB FINISHED. TOTAL BILL WAS WAY OUT OF LINE - I NEVER WOULD HAVE AGREED TO DO CARPET CLEANING FOR $459 - I WOUD HAVE PUT NEW CARPETS INSTEAD !! NOT HAPPY - NO BILL EXCEPT ON PHONE WITH AGENT. The carpets were in really bad condition not having been cleaned for a few years and they were very stained with coca cola spills and other "accidents". The Zerorez tech spot treated and cleaned the carpets quickly. He was on time and did a great job. The carpets look generally beautiful, even though the stains were not 100% eradicated. I am very satisfied and would definitely call Zerorez in the future.

We’ve always used Stanley Steamer but had a very bed experience with the last guys that cleaned our carpets, so we decided to try ZeroRez instead. I was under the assumption ZeroRez was a lot more expensive but they weren’t, so we tried them. We were very happy with the guy that came. He really seemed to take his time and do a thorough job, which we appreciated. And had us double check his work to make sure we were happy before he left each area. Our carpets were so much cleaner than we’ve experienced before with cleaning and not as wet afterwards. We will definitely use ZeroRez in the future.
