The technician was very professional and payed close attention to detail, which included the carpet cleaning and my homes tidiness.

Everything looks great. I've never had anyone clean so close to the walls on especially the stairs.

My main issue is my tile shower. After a brief attempt Eric told me he would not be able to clean it. Although I appreciate his honesty I made the appointment giving the shower tile as the area to be cleaned. If you can't clean hard water on tile you should tell people that up front!!

There were a number of water spots left on my hardwood floors. I also felt that if i only want a small portion of a room cleaned that I should not have to pay for the whole room.

We are pleased with the cleaning service However we had the carpets redone after the initial service. On the day we were to have the carpets cleaned again no call was made to notify us zerorez was coming. I called and made another appointment. They were easy to work with and had friendly service.

Angelo is a great employee - he checked with me after every area was done, even tried a second time on a couple of tough areas. He was courteous, friendly, and efficient. I just wish we'd called a year ago and our traffic areas would have been easier to clean.

Your communication was excellent. I was informed of the status almost every step of the way. My only recommendation would be to inform your clients that if they sign up for a certain window, that they understand that this isn’t when their carpets will be cleaned. I signed up for 10am-12pm and our tech didn’t arrive until almost 12. I was told by corporate that this window was meant for the tech to finish up at the first job and then head over to us. I was under the impression he would have been there by 10. It did change our plans for the rest of the day because of this delay.

First of all, the technician was great. he explained everything well. I just think it is the product he has to work with. I had my home cleaned since we had just purchased the home. About 140 dollars. Well the pet urine smell remained even after being told that the pet treatment would be extra. I decided to just give the basic carpet cleaning a chance. I had the tech back and decided to give the pet treatment a try on one of my small rooms. Now my house smells like wet dog and the urine smell isn't just in the spots, but seems to be the overall smell of the carpet in the entire room now. I realize that the pet treatment isn't guaranteed, but after around $200, and a house that smells like wet dog now, yeah, kind of disappointed to the point that I am going to get my own machine and do it myself. Or get new flooring which is really disappointing since that 200 could have gone toward that. The fact that the 0 ph water is added to the carpet and then sucked right back up doesn't seem to give it enough chance to cancel out the 7 ph urine. Now I am stuck with a home that stinks and $200 gone down the tube.

The pet stain remover was great on the south end of living room but the few spots on the north end almost look like they were missed.

Someone came out yesterday to do my rugs and a sofa. The sofa needs to be redone. There are stripes of clean and dirty all over the cushions, and the backrest still has big patches of dinge. So he didn't go over it thoroughly enough to get it uniformly clean.

The work is thorough and the carpets look new and stay clean longer than with other carpet cleaning products. The protectant product allows me to spot clean using only water.

It’s fast, and no residue, although it seems a bit crunchy this time.

Also one of the urine spots still stinks quite a bit.

Prices. Felt like they should have spot cleaned for the price I paid and added a deodorizer.
