The carpet was cleaned better than we had hoped for.
Very knowledgeable and personal cleaner. Would recommend him to everyone. Thank you for the great experience with carpet cleaning. They were very good in keeping me up dated when the cleaner would come and it was great planning the day with them.
Our carpets turned out great! One room in particular had a terrible urine smell and we are very satisfied with the outcome. The technician was polite and did a great job. My only complaint is that it felt like a bait-and-switch kind of deal. When I called for a quote and explained what issues our carpet had, we were quoted about $170 for three rooms and our stairs. We did end up adding an additional room and a hallway, however the price jumped up to around $550 for the additional pre-treatment. It felt deceiving to have explained the issues over the phone, get a reasonable quote, and then have the price triple because I wasn't told over the phone that the urine would most likely require additional (and costly) services. While I am satisfied with the results, we weren't happy with the misleading quote. I would hire ZeroRez again. My husband would not.
The technician sent to do the job was superior in all ways, did a terrific job, and offered helpful tips for other cleaning areas. Rate him five stars, or highest rating.
There was one small spot that was obviously not done. It left a small triangle of dark against the nice clean carpet. Fortunately, it is not in an obvious spot. But was still disappointing when I found it.
The carpet cleaned up very nicely
It was my first time trying Zerorez - I like the way the carpet looks and also the chairs that were cleaned. If they stay clean longer that will be a real plus. The young man who did the cleaning was very neat and tidy and went about his work in an accomplished manner and was quick.

Everything looked great when he was done. The only problem that I had was that I didn't receive a phone call Saturday morning letting me know when your guy was going to be there. I just happened to pull in just after he got there. So all was good
The price was way too high! The price on your website was way lower than when the technician came and told us the price. We were only able to do our stairs and that was $370 dollars! If we did everything we wanted to do it was going to be $700! Way to much!
Also the technician left dents in my wall that chipped the paint. Now I have to patch and paint those dings.
I will not be recommending to anyone I know.
It was a pleasant experience. The technician was personable and did an amazing job! I could tell he was a hard worker. The result was better than I expected and it was affordable.

He was great. He did a great job on the carpets and they look a lot better. He also suggested that I clean the tile as well which I agreed to. After thinking about it I think $166 for the tile was a little expensive considering how quick it took him and the small area.
Fast convenient and thorough
I would give the customer service a 10. The phone call updates and confirmations were helpful in planning my day around when the cleaning would take place. The serviceman was kind and easy to talk to. The 6 score is for the cleaning. Some grout is missing that I now have to replace, goo chunks that I think should've been cleaned are still in the grout, and I had to wipe up the pathway used after the serviceman on floors that were not included in the cleaning. My floors being cleaned were pretty dirty and it was a good start but I'll definitely be going over and cleaning some areas again.

Whatever chemical you used got my stains out and my carpet looks so nice. The protective seal at the end makes all the difference and well worth the fee.

Had 3 soda spots on carpet and regular carpet cleaning should take care of them! Instead you want $30 per spot over and above my $254.00 cleaning!!! Not happening
