I have used your company twice now. The carpets dry very quickly. and Usually come very clean.
The carpet you cleaned was so dirty we thought it was trashed and ruined for sure but we had it cleaned anyway because we were selling the house and carpet is required for an FHA loan. When we saw the carpet after it had been cleaned we were blown away! It didn’t look like the same house! All of the stains are gone! The carpet before and after seriously could have been a commercial! Your tech did an excellent job and I hope he is recognized an appreciated for it! Thank you so much!

I like that the technicians are knowledgeable about their products, about the various types of carpet and how they are susceptible or resistant to dirt and how they should be cleaned, services offered, and methods of cleaning; they're friendly, clean and sharp in appearance, and they represent the company well.
But most of all, I like that my carpets come out looking like new and there's no sticky or stiff residue in the carpet when it dries. And speaking of dry, it doesn't take long before the carpet is dry and ready to walk on.
The gentleman who came to our home was extremely professionally nail, friendly, and hardworking. I was very impressed with the job he did.

I had to go over spots myself to get them clean. Dirt collected in the corners were not taken care of. They broke a small light outside which they promised to replace...This hasn't been done as yet.
Felt the job they did was not thorough. Spots which I worked on after they left, finally came out.
