The technician who came was very nice, very friendly and I enjoyed him in my home. He was careful to leave my hardwood floors wiped up and treated my home with care.
The issue I have is with the quality of work. I felt he rushed through the cleaning very quickly and did not do a thorough job. When he sprayed the protectant on I had to ask him to Go back over again and cover all the areas of the stairs not just the steps. Once it dried there are areas that are still not clean to my liking. I plan on calling and having your company come back again within the 30 day period.

The biggest problem is cost vs. results. Zerorez is considerably more expensive than other companies I’ve used but i was willing to pay extra for extra good results. Unfortunately, i feel like my couch still looks dirty in high traffic spots. Certain stains still remained as well.

I like that the carpet is fully clean when the technician leaves and that the technician was careful to listen to my concerns and instructions.

we had two houses cleaned last week and were very pleased with the way both houses turned out. Both guys were on time and did a wonderful job. My carpets look like new again and I can't believe how well my tile looks.

The technician communicated very well.
Results of cleaning were excellent.
Cost of services was comparable to competitors and a good value.

Not sure how water is extracted out of the carpet, but we were told the carpet would dry between 4-6 hours. Our carpets were completed around 11am and we returned home around 8pm and it was still wet.

When I woke up in the morning, it was still damp in some areas and it's expected in heavily soiled/dirty areas, but it was wet all around when we returned at 8pm expecting it to be at least dry.

Maybe perhaps, installing scents in the solution you use or the option of it? When the carpets fully dried the next day, it somewhat smelt like wet dog. Could be old carpeting, but I also think it was due to over use of water, hence it took forever it dry.

I'm happy with the spot treatment he did the best he could, but overall not sure if I would use Zerorez again in the future to be honest.

They did a very thorough job and the ducts were very clean after they came. The carpets are very clean and smell good. It seemed a little high priced, but well worth it.

The carpets are always cleaner when Zerorez does our carpets. They dry much quicker and again are very clean. The technicians are great. They always check to make sure what you want is done and answer any questions you might have.

I enjoy how your technicians know what they are doing, talking about and how careful they are with my walls, floors and furniture.

My carpets were cleaned very good. I was very pleased with the person doing my carpets, she made sure every room was done to my satisfaction. I would call and request her to do my carpets again.

The follow through from making the appointment to someone calling to say the approximate time. Then the guy calling to say when he would be there. Efficient and courteous, always.

There were several bad spots and it didn't seem like our technician tried very hard to get them out. The carpet did look a lot better however, even with the spots still showing. He was a very nice young man and very polite to my mom.

Every aspect of having our carpets cleaned by Zerorez was easy and enjoyable. The staff making the initial appointment, the staff rescheduling our appointment (twice at our request), and our technician were all professional, informative, and easy to work with.
