On time, courteous and professional. Carpets turned out great!

The tech didn’t put up the corner proctor and we had to patch and paint the wall. In the kitchen he cleaned the tile and left I had to wipe up excess water so as not to ruin my Cabinets
As there was water at the base of the cabinets! He was fast is that too fast? Is that good or bad? I’ve always had you guys come clean my carpets and been pleased.
Technician took candy from my home without asking and without permission.
The job was finally done ok, but it took two visits. The first technician discussed the job with my wife, who requested that high traffic areas be pre-treated or pre-cleaned. The technician happily did so, but then shortly later packed up, had her pay the bill, and left. An hour later my wife checked the rooms and found that only the pre-treated areas had been done. We called the office and the coordinator said that the first technician was not feeling well and had gone home. The coordinator scheduled us for another visit the next afternoon, which occurred as scheduled, to finish the job. The first technician did not tell us he wasn't feeling well, or that he had not finished the job. Perhaps he did not understand that the entire accessible carpet areas in the scheduled rooms were to be cleaned. As a result of this chain of events we had about 2-1/2 days where our furniture was moved out of the way and we did not have full use of our house. In the future Zero Rez can let us know when something isn't right or the job isn't finished rather than the technician packing up, having us pay the bill, and leaving as if the job is done. The technician can also make sure he understands the scope of work.
I was actually disappointed when I realized that the carpet under the throw rug by the sliding door had not been cleaned, and that no effort had been expended to move 2 very lightweight chairs and a plant so that the carpet could be cleaned under them. I have always thought that I shouldn't have to stay with the technician all the time, but I can see that is not the case.
Your products are quick drying and the service is prompt and the employees keep me informed regarding my appointment time and arrival of the technician. The technicians are knowledgeable and patient when talking to me.
My service on Tuesday went very well. The carpet looked wonderful. The cleaner was very professional and efficient. I was very happy with the outcome.

I love how there aren't any chemicals involved with the cleaning so it doesn't leave behind a perfumed smell. I like that the technician was considerate and respectful to my house. He also worked quickly so that I could get back to my day.

Professional from start to finish
i liked having a phone call to update me on the time the service gy would be at my home. I also liked the guy (?Name) who did the service. He was kind and answered all my questions. I think my job was a big one and I was wondering why they don't have two men doing the entire work to help make the time shorter? Just wondering?
