I have used Zerorez for many years, but Richard was so awesome this time. He made sure to address my very specific requests, and then before leaving, asked if there was anything else he could do. Great service, great work!
I was pleased with the way the carpet looked after but usually those I have had before have a rake that they use on the plush carpets and leave no lines. I had to vacuum after to get rid of the lines.
I have always had my carpet cleaners vacuum my carpets first, I had to do it with you, the other carpet cleaners have moved my furniture and put it on foam squares to keep it off the damp floors. this was different for me.

Professionalism and courtesy of those doing the cleaning. The only complaint is that they hung two small, damp area rugs over a wooden banister to dry. That quickly eats away at the finish.

Jacob did a fantastic job, was very thorough and efficient. He explained everything to me, and kept me updated with what he was doing and how long he thought it would take. I don’t know if all of their technicians are so good...but he was great.

The results are fantastic. The carpets look new. The dry time was faster than I imagined and the carpet was soft to the touch following the cleaning.

The cleaning has always been excellent. During this last service, the tech rubbed the hose on a corner (without the guard) and took a chunk out of my baseboard. After calling in, I sent a photo of the damage to the service representative and never heard back on it. Disappointed no one followed up.
It left our house feeling so clean, dried quickly and did not use a bunch of chemicals! The guy they sent out was very professional and got the job done right! He did our whole townhome in 1 hour!
