Zerorez did a fantastic job!!! I had a few stains that I hadn't been able to get out, that were gone. I was getting ready to sell my house and Luke was great. He was very fast but still thorough. I was very impressed with the work and my house felt so much better afterward.

As the carpet dried the dirty spots showed up again. I even spotted a couple of spot after it dried. The edges are still dirty I. The rooms and the stairs. The stairs took about 18 hours to dry. We were disappointed.

The grout around the edges of my kitchen didn't get clean. I texted someone but they never responded about it. Also an area rug got cleaned and a few spots look pretty bad still

Your technician was very professional. He did a great job and answered all our questions. He was thorough and our carpets haven't looked this good since they were installed. I had scheduled a late(after 4:00) appointment and they called at 1:30 and stated they would be there in 30 min when I explained that I had scheduled the appointment for after 4:00 so that I could be there they insisted that they would either have to come another day or I could have some one else come to my home. I had my son come to the house. He works nights and I had to wake him to come over. I have used Zerorez for the last 2 or 3 years and I am not sure if I will use them again. The job that was done was not up to the standard they have done before not sure what happen but this time it was a miss with Zerorez for me!!
