The service was good. The representative did his job well and was very congenial. The communication about appointment time was also good.

There were a few coffee stains in our carpet which were still there after he left. I feel that they should have been removed. I did not see them until I was moving furniture back into the room. I was able to remove the stains with hydrogen peroxide, so I feel that the cleaning should have been able to take care of the stains.

Also, our carpets had a lot of buckling that was apparently due to a large amount of water being used. Some limited amount of buckling was present previous to the cleaning. However after cleaning, the amount was substantial. Most of the buckling went away as the carpet dried, but we talked to a carpet stretcher who indicated this happens with large amounts of water being used on the carpet due to the plastic backing.

I have had my carpet cleaned by another service many times and have not had these things happen so I did not expect these things to happen and therefore gave a lower rating on the service.

I have had Zerorez for years. Why try someone else when I am happy with the results with Zerorez?. I like honesty. When they look at the carpet and see something that may not look great again, they let me know before they start.

I really like Zerorez. Drying time is minimal, the company reps are great conversationalists, and the work is top quality.

Rodrigo was very professional and worked more quickly than I had been led to believe by the customer service rep who made the appointment (he told me it would take between 3 and 4 hours - it only took about 2 hours). He did an excellent job cleaning my large sectional, sofa, and loveseat. The furniture was extremely wet, and the sofa and loveseat were damp even the next day. That was the biggest drawback to me with regard to the furniture, so I doubt that I will use zerorez again. Also, I was quoted a certain price (confirmed beforehand by the reminder call the day before), and ended up being charged $30.00 extra for I don't know what. I really didn't pay attention to it until later. Being quoted (I think) $459.00 for three pieces of furniture essentially being cleaned with water, and then paying $30.00 in addition to that, that I didn't expect (if some extra service was added, I certainly wasn't told about it - if it was tax, then I should have been told about that beforehand), was disappointing. I gave extra points for keeping on schedule and for Rodrigo's professionalism, but I would not recommend zerorez to anyone I know.

I thought the price was fair, the technician was very nice, professional, and on time, and the results were excellent. My 12 year old tile and carpet look practically new.

The tile cleaning was really disappointing. The carpet cleaning was fine, and a good value. I called you again because our carpet cleaning last year was great. However, the tile cleaner just was not thorough, left gray edges, etc. Yes, much of the floor got cleaned, but leaving edges sort of ruins the look. I may call you again for carpet but never for tile. I've had another tile cleaner whose results were much better. More expensive yes, but I'm going to stick with them.

I have had Zerorez clean our carpets before in our business as well as my home. I appreciate their professional way they come in and go right to work. My carpets always are clean to my approval. Thank you!!

fast efficient easy to schedule

We have some older carpets that were heavily soiled. The service starts with a cleaning solution sprayed over the entire area followed with a power scrubber that really gets down into the fibers and begins the cleaning process. Our tech was Eric. It was obvious that he takes great pride in his work. When he started the steam/vacuum process he got very aggressive on the soiled spots and I watched as he would smile as he eliminated the soil. He went over the dirty spots with a vengeance until they were as clean as they could possibly be. Eric was pleasant to talk with and watch work. He made sure that I was pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend Zerores. They will be my carpet cleaners from now on. We are due for a HVAC duct cleaning. I think I will have Zerores tackle this job since they did such good work on the carpets. The price for the carpet cleaning was very reasonable and competitive. The service was superior. Thanks, Eric and Zerores for the great job with the old carpets!

Knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had without making me feel rushed. Took extra effort to make sure high traffic areas were thoroughly cleaned.

They didn't push add ons and did a great job. The carpet looked horrible and now it looks better than when we moved in.

Pricing was significantly higher than expected after speaking with someone over the phone. In addition, the fee to pet treat an are seemed extremely high considering it was only $30 to treat an area, but an additional $50 to add on the pet treatment. This seems even higher when you consider that in my home I had one to 5 small spots in each area.

I appreciated the knowledge the carpet cleaner shared with me regarding how to treat stains and maintain my carpet/tile. He was very professional and I received timely communication prior to his arrival. I also like knowing there are no harsh chemicals used to clean my carpet or tile.

I didn't notice a significant difference between the different styles of carpet cleaning but it was a fair price the gentleman was nice and they work around my schedule.
