They need better scheduling. They only sent one guy for a big commercial job.
I told the tech there was a specific spot that needed more attention. My dog got ahold of marshmellows and throw up.... that area was still a little stiff.... the carpet was still stiff from the marshmallow when it dried.
I have always been VERY happy with Zerorez and would have never used anyone else to clean my carpets. I was less satisfied with the job the last technician did. I paid for the repellent throughout my house and am not sure it was applied. To be far it may have been and I missed it. I will say, he was fast! Oh

My carpet looks great, dried quickly, and left no dangerous residue. Service representatives are friendly and courteous. The rep who cleaned my carpet was very informative and answered all my questions. He also informed me of other products and services offered by Zerorez that I was unaware of. The whole experience was above and beyond! I would most certainly recommend this wonderful company. Happy Lehi customer

Friendly and proficient staff.. It didn't take as long as I thought it would. The only problem i had was I saw some black water beetles after....only two so far but I will spray tomorrow.....thankd zero rez......how much is the soil protectent they put on afterwards?

I appreciate the efficient service, the personnel and the outstanding result that Zerorez continually provides. My carpets are often challenges due to pets. And they are always cleaned beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Zeroez to friends and family. In times past I have used other cleaning companies and will NEVER do that again. When I want the work done right, Zerorez is the company to call.
This guy Ben corrected a treatment problem and we ended up with an excellent cleaning, the appearance is like new for our 15 year old high quality nylon carpet which our lovable dogs had seriously urinated on and there was too much liquid or something wrong leaving unsightly stains.
Ben got it corrected and now my wife and I are really happy with the results. :)

The carpets looked very good.
I initially chose Zerorez to clean may carpets for two reasons. The first was that I heard that when Zerorez cleans the carpets that the carpets dry faster. The second was because I saw a special in the Value Pack and in the Hometown values for $33 for each room. After I used Zerorez I really don't see myself using anyone else. My carpets looked great after and they dried so fast. The technician that came out was so nice and kind and he did a great job. I have already recommended them.

My objective in calling Zerorez was to clean the tile and grout in my kitchen and a couple of bathrooms. The technician was prompt and friendly, but appeared to have a different objective than me. His objectives appeared to be to arrive, set up, operate the machine over the surface of the floor, clean up, collect payment, and be careful not to cause any damage to floors and walls. All of these things are necessary to meet my objective of getting the tile and floor clean, there were may spots that required additional attention, or areas around the perimeter that were completely missed. My objective of having the floor clean did not happen until I got involved and pointed out the areas that were missed or required additional attention. The tile surface was clean at the end, except in corners that the machine could not easily access. The grout was much better, but still not great. The grout has seen a lot of abuse, and I did not expect it to look new, but I was hoping for a little better.
I don't feel I should need to micromanage the technician to get a clean floor.
