Beautifully clean carpets
Very friendly service and great cleaning job. I appreciated Christian's courtesy and kindness while he was in my home. Besides the kindness and was apparent in his demeanor, the carpets wee cleaned with utmost professionalism. We had three extremely hard stains that we had tried to get out for over a year, they are now gone! Great job Zerorez!

Excellent service and the attendant was very courteous and did a great job cleaning our carpets.
The young man who cleaned my carpets was very professional and polite. I felt he worked extra hard to really clean some very dirty carpets and upholstery. I'd be happy to have him back.

After having Zerorez come clean my carpets, we had to move some furniture to have our carpets re-stretched (not because of Zerorez), but after moving the furniture, it didn't even look like the carpets had been cleaned. Very disappointing. I know the excuses: its a high traffic area and the carpet is polyester, but still...

The mother in law apartment we have you clean is small. I don't like that I have to have a $100 minimal job to have you come out. So I end up paying for a space to be protected to bring the cost up. I love that you call ahead on the day of the appointment and keep me informed to the estimated arrive time. And the people you hire are very kind and clean cut and do not smell like they've been smoking!

I've used zero rez several times, in the past my carpets always looked clean and bright, this time not so, they are trying a new wand out that left my carpets streaked, he came back to redo, which they aren't as bad, but still can see some streaks, don't think I will use Zerorez again.
