Time was scheduled between 2-4. Tech didn't come till 5:30. I had to give him direction and then leave to take my son to football. By the time I got back 30 minutes later he was done, packed up and leaving already. There is no way a thorough job was done. The carpet didn't look any cleaner. The pet scent formula made it smell better but after it dried, it still smells.
I signed up for 3 rooms and a hallway promotion with pet scent care for $99. The tech said that there was no note of the hallway therefore my living room with hallway would count as 2 room. So in order to get the spaces completed I needed to pay for an extra room. Additionally the pet care that I put in from the beginning of the request was now an additional $150. Imagine my surprise to have an almost $300 charge.

We've had you clean the same carpet twice now, and the same spots still show. Also, we are getting our home ready to sell and have had a lot of painting done. We had your guys here last week to clean our basement carpet. Later that day I noticed a chip out of the wall going downstairs. One of our newly painted walls. I had to have the painter come back and fix the spot and repaint it. I'm not sure how impressed I am with zerorez. I'm not sure I would use you again, so obviously I couldn't feel good about recommending you to a family member or a friend.
No one talked to me about products or other services other than carpet cleaning.

I love the technicians we have worked with. We requested Jimmy Prince this time, and the were told it wouldn't work with his schedule but then found he was able to do it for us...so YAY!

The tech that came out to our house on Aug 10 did not do a very good job. She hurried through and didn't get all the spots out that we wanted. Supposedly she was to put something on the carpet that smelled bad to our dog so she wouldn't do her duty in the house but didn't. She was packed and ready to leave when First name removed asked her if she was going to do the bedroom. She then has to go back out and unload the cleaning machine. She then ripped through the bedroom and was out. She did not wear the protective booties either. Name removed was not as happy and satisfied as she usually was.

Fast drying time. Cleans very well. Makes carpet like new.
I feel our tech hurried through the process and wasn't thorough. He had his things packed up and I had to remind fim to do the hallway. I can see several spots in the family room that weren't cleaned very well. The areas were pretty much dry before evening. Last year when the tech came out, it wasn't until the next day floors were dry. Pretty disappointed overall
Our technician was amazing! He got out gum that had been stuck in the carpet for months. He also was wonderful to spot clean the areas of concern for me more than once!
A great crew, knowledgeable and not trying to nickel and dime you. I would highly recommend then to anyone else.
The tech guys were very curteous and efficient. They did their job and were there about an hour. Our carpets look beautiful and definitely will have them back next year!

was not particularly pleased with the cost since we could not move furniture out of the rooms and he was only able to clean around furniture , very little area. I just recommended you to our neighbor. I felt cost was a little high for the areas cleaned.
Zerorez did an excellent job cleaning my carpet after some grease and tar was tracked in on the bottom of shoes and the wheels of some suitcases. I was so relieved that the company employee was able to remove the black residue. My carpet looks Iike new. I would recommend Zerorez to any of my friends!!!

Last time you did a great job and spent over 3 hours doing all the areas. This time he spent almost 45 minutes, would not do all the areas and said we needed to pay more. The next day it looked terrible. Then we called and were given the run around, had to call back and finally got the manager who will fix it but is sending the same guy. I want it done right and NOT by the same guy.
