Carpet is still damp 24 hours after cleaning. For the price I would've expected my grout to be a little cleaner.
I have been very happy with zerorez, however this time I have one spot that is still bad. Hope you can come back and see if that will come out. It is in the middle of the living room (bad place)

I have always had a great experience with Zerorez. The last couple times I have had a stain and they thought they got it out but it has come back. This time it didn't even go away. I am not sure what the stain is. These guys appeared to do a great job but since there was two they were in and out pretty quick. Don't really have a suggestion on how to improve just not as satisfied as I usually am.
He explained the cost right up front. He took his time doing it - looks so much better! He was very polite

Zerorez has cleaned carpet and tile in our home several times since 2010. Technicians are on time and work efficiently, diligently, and thoroughly after a preliminary walk through with the homeowner. Our Carpets are usually dry within about 4 hours and have a light, fresh, lemony scent until dry. Carpets seem soft and stay much cleaner for a pretty long time since NO weird chemicals are used that could leave a stiff, dirt-attracting residue. It's been easy to schedule a convenient date and time with about 4 weeks advance planning. Everyone we have dealt with through Zerorez has been professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. We are pleased to have the services of Zerorez in our home and happily recommend this company to others.
