Pleased with service person who did the carpet cleaning.
Technician arrived at the scheduled time. The technician thoroughly inspected the carpet areas requested to be cleaned as well as other additional items (8 dining chair seats) and provided a detailed estimate of the services to be performed in addition to an explanation of the work and benefits of each step. Work progressed quickly and thoroughly. It was a joy to watch the cleaning process progress see the carpet return to its original white colors. The work areas also smelled very fresh when the work was completed. We are satisfied converts to Zerorez and will sincerely recommend their services.
I like how clean my carpets are after they are cleaned . I appreciate the fast and efficient service.

We have used Zerorez for years and have always had great service. Their prices are reasonable, their technicians are well trained and prompt within the allotted time frame. Our most recent experience with Zerorez was a couple of weeks ago. Our daughter bought a condo that had been occupied by a family of 5. The carpets were very dirty and the tile grout was dark brown when it originally was light tan. OUR TECHNICIAN, KENT, WAS FANTASTIC! He did not rush through the job, he took his time to make sure we were happy with it. I'm sure that most of us have had bad experiences from using various other carpet cleaning companies. You will not have that problem with Zerorez. The office staff is very sharp and they went out of their way to accommodate my needs and schedule. Great company to work with. The carpet was much wetter than I remember it being the last time I used your services in Cedar City. We were the first job of the day, left as soon as the technician was finished - with fans blowing - and did not return home for over 12 hrs. They were still damp in places and felt wet close to the bottom of the carpet fibers. I'm very concerned that too much water was used and will now cause issues with the pad or the attraction of dirt more quickly.
A tool was left at my fathers home and 24 hours later it is still there. Also the stairs are still very wet.

There was a spot on my stairs that both me and my husband questioned. It still looked bad. The tech said that it was as clean as he could get it. I just felt like, since he had just finished my stairs and still had the equipment there, that maybe he could have tried it one more time. Just for my peace of mind.
There are a few spots in my kitchen and dining room that look like he didn't overlap when he cleaned and so I have a few stripes on the carpet. It looks like the "stripes" may have been missed.
I am not sure if closets are counted as part of a bedroom, but we wanted ours cleaned and he told us it was $10. We agreed to that but on the bill it said I was charged $10 for a "walk in closet", when it is just a standard sized closet.
Drying time was longer than expected.
On a good note.... making our appointment was easy and the tech was quick and very friendly!
He did a great job and my carpet and sectional looked new again.

It looked great the first day, then the stains seemed to come back even worse after....the tech also spilled something on our newly sanded hardwood floors (which we asked him to please be careful) and they had to be sanded again. The carpets were much softer and smelled good though
I like that Zerorez does not use chemicals to clean my carpets, and they exceeded my expectations.
My carpet is clean AND they take out most of the water so that it dries very quickly. They're thorough and very pleasant no matter who comes.
The carpets look great. They are clean looking and areas that seemed worn down have had the nap brought back up. The technician was friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and afforded us the opportunity to add protectant to the carpets. He was very thorough in each step of the cleaning process.
There doesn't seem to be a after order due to the specialized water that is used to clean the carpets.

The service guy was nice. The carpets look great. As I've spoken with friends and family I realized I overpaid significantly by using zerorez. I had two promo codes that didn't work? I was also charged a random $1 charge and charged full price for a rug that wasn't completely cleaned. The couch was on the edge of it, so the full area of the carpet wasn't cleaned. But I was charged full price? The service guy was great, I'm just realizing I should've shopped around before deciding.

My last 2 experiences with Zerorez were great. This time, the scheduling was problematic. When I first called, I booked 9am and was told I was first on the schedule and was told I'd received a phone call b/t 8:30 and 9:00. The day or two before, I was sent an email saying I was second on the schedule and that I'd receive a call b/t 9:15 and 10:00. Then, on day of when no one called, I called for an update and was told I was now 3rd on the schedule and that someone would be calling b/t 11:00 and 11:45. No one showed until 12:30.
Polite worker, he was fast and carpet looks and feels much better
