I have several dirty streaks in my carpet and several places where it was not cleaned very well I have spots that should have come up ..I felt he did a rushed job and I even left him a tip..I thought it was shadows at first because it wasn't dry but it is dirty streaks Fernando needs to come back and do it right I am not happy with it ..I have used you several times this is the worst job so far

The cleaner did not take his time, I believe he was running behind from the previous job and came to my house which is a small job for him and was trying to make up time and did not do a good job on his last part of the carpet to clean by the entryway I now have streaks clean and dirty streaks upon contacting Zerorez I now have to make another appointment to get my carpet clean which I already paid for my feel like he should have came back that same day or the next day to make it right since I already waited for an appointment and already paid to get my carpets cleaned. I made another appointment but in the mean time my carpet looks worse now than before cleaning.

We actually had an issue with not being told the cost for having travertine cleaned and sealed and was floored by the cost after the fact. My wife noted that to the response asked for and the manager actually called and asked to come and discuss it with us and ultimately made it good
and did let us know that upfront costs are always shown on a mobile device, but this time wasn't done that way. other than the huge surprise for the cost, we are more than happy with the work and will continue to use the company both for ourselves as well as suggest it to others. I own an internet radio station and perhaps will suggest the company to my listeners.

Michelle was very thorough and very pleasant also. My carpets are old, but she did a great job and they look great.
Zerorez is amazing! I have a 9 month old who is crawling every where and I wanted clean carpets for her to crawl on. I was very skeptical about the high traffic areas because they had gotten very dirty. Zerorez can in and were quick, efficient and explained everything. My carpets look fantastic. Thank you!

Price was higher than we anticipated. If you say buy three, fourth is free, you should consider if I buy six, the seventh and eighth are free.
The fellow doing the work (Cristian) was good about answering any and all questions; got done faster than expected.
I do like the fact that they communicate and keep you "in the loop" in regards to when they are coming and if they are going to be delayed.
The technician that came to the house was very pleasant and professional and respectful!
He also did a great job on my carpets and upholstery as well!

The young man that came and cleaned my carpets was courteous and knowledgeable. He showed me everything that needed to be done and gave me a clear estimate of the total before he jumped in and started working. My carpets have been cleaned by other companies but this was a much better experience. My carpets look like they're brand new and they had soda, punch, chocolate milk and dog urine on them. It was a mess! And now they're so lovely and fresh. Thank you so much!
