The tech was wonderful to work with and to talk me through what he was going to do. The only thing I am not happy about. Is that I paid to have the pet treatment done and was told it would pull the smell out. Sorry to say but it didn't work. It lessen the smell but didn't pull it all out. When ever I sit or lay on the floor. You can still smell it. It worries me more that it's now sealed in the the 7 year protection treatment that they put on.
For just doing floor cleaning and the customer service. I am very happy just not with the pet treatment. For $75 is a lot for something that just lessens the order. After reading and being told it's the best and will get it out.
The technicians are very respectable and friendly. My carpets always feel very clean and they do not take long to dry.
The cleaning process was great. My carpets have never looked better. The technicians were very professional. The whole experience was very positive!
In 8 years there's only been one time that the technician didn't do a great job. That being said, the service is consistently thorough. I especially appreciate the care the technician takes around the walls and corners. I have tried other services, once or twice, but they're unable to meet the standards set by your organization

I like how clean my carpets get. I like the fact that they dry very quickly. I really like the technicians that do the work. I've never had one that hasn't been totally professional and done a good job.
I feel like you should have the tools to clean yikes or tell people you don't have the tools to clean small areas. Like a bathroom, behind and around a toilet. It is frustrating when you expect it to be done and it isn't or cannot be done.

I have had my rugs cleaned by you folks a few times, but this time it seems my rugs were softer than ever before. I am very pleased with the end result. I also want to say, your employees are extremely nice.
The technician was good. My opinion is over the whole process. To me, Zerorez feels too big. Your prices are on the high side and it really doesn't feel like you are not any different than other carpet cleaning companies regarding the "zero residue."
When I called I didn't get a time frame. She told me I would receive a call on Monday with a time slot. I didn't get the call and I had to call in.
The marketing I hear on the radio doesn't match the actual service. I was expecting this to be a step above my other carpet cleaning experience and it wasn't. It's not bad but I'm just sharing how I feel.
Make it right? I'm not sure you made it wrong in the first place but a sweet deal on tile cleaning would be awesome.
Oh, can you get a card reader for the technicians?

The prompt service--came on time, was thorough and careful and knowledge. Kent was our serviceman. He was very pleasant and explained what needed to be done.

I love how clean my carpets are after Zerorez has cleaned them. The employees are great to work with. They go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience. They are very good at educating the consumer on how the different types of carpet need to be taken care of. i have used them several times in the past and will continue to do so.

I was really happy with the crew until they left. They had used a black light to show me all the areas that needed pet treatments so I said okay. After they left I used my own black light to see how it turned out. Everything was the same. Then it dawned on me, the black light is supposed to show florescent colors that's what your treat. Everything they showed me wer OLD spots that had previously been treated. Not good at all they got an extra $100 I need not need to spend

Carpets look great. They are very clean. Technicians were professional and arrived on time. It was easy to set up an appointment at a convenient time that worked for my schedule. I like the way I was called to tell me of the technician's arrival time along with a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived.
