I was very happy with the job he did😊 What I did not like was how late my appt was no one ever told me I was #3 usually they tell me about what time or my time could have been more useful for me.

Love that it is steam cleaning, no chemicals and there are always discounts to be found so it's a great value. My carpets looked great.

I believe the comerciales, and technicians always work hard to do the best they can.

There were a few spots where it looks like the cleaner wasn't rinsed out properly and a rust colored stains were left. A return appointment has already been scheduled.

Next time I will be having the Steam Cleaner company come back in as I have had them several times in the past, even though they are more expensive. The tech did great on the stairs, but left several areas without thoroughly cleaning them, and leaving a lot of spots, where the steam cleaner would have got them out. No need for any more follow-up.

They took care of what we wanted and did not give us a hard sell on crazy upgrades.

Fast, professional, thorough. Called Zerorez and they were able to get me an appointment the same day to treat some carpets that smelled terribly of pet urine. The carpets were markedly improved and decreased the pet smell throughout the house though was not able to get rid of the smell in its entirety.

The carpet was not well cleaned. It was left soaking wet and took 3 days to dry out. The filthy cleaning hose was dragged through the house and soiled the stairs more than before the "cleaning" started. After it dried it is now stiff and crusty feeling. Not happy at all.

They did the job very well.

The tech was a very hard worker and knew what she was doing to get things clean.

I really liked that my carpets smell fresh and clean and not musty like with other companies I've used in the past. I will definitely be using Zerorez again!

Wanted to try zerorez to see the difference from the usual company we use. Disapointed with zerorez and you are more expensive even with a coupon. The customer experience with the other company is head and shoulders above zeroerz.

Now that the carpet has dried some of the traffic areas don't appear to be as clean as I would have liked.
