An 8 is not good enough? You have to have a ten? You're dreaming -- that's perfection, and only Trump claims that! But - do be more forthcoming:

Corbin was in every way congenial and helpful. But there are still some carpet stains visible -- some rust from the file cabinets right next to the wall (where he said the wand would not adequately apply pressure), and the cat urine stain spots are still a bit darker and evident. He said, probably correctly, that that was the best that could be done. Is that true -- or is it just the best that ZeroRez can do? I really don't know -- but how can I give a ten -- perfection -- when it was not perfect?

I think an 8 is an honest evaluation, don't you?

Clean carpet without the gunky residue left behind. The protectant is a good investment to help with cleaning up my grandkids' spills!

The service was very fast and professional. We live in a second floor condo, that was difficult to access, but the employee sent made it work.
He made sure the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Carpet looks great. Dried faster than previous cleanings by other companies.

A little on the expensive side for stairs.
Also I asked the tech to give a stain a little more attention, but he just cleaned it just like the rest of the carpet.

I do love your service. However for my area of Salem, Utah you have a minimum charge of $150.00 when you only charge $33,00 for a room. I have three two bedroom apartments with a living room which will only cost me about $100.00 with Stanley steamer. Looking at my bottom line what would you do?

Where I am a long term customer if you would like to price match for me I would love it. At any rate I love to hear back from you.

Adam was incredibly thorough and paid great attention to detail in every area of my home. He was able to get a stinky rug smelling great!! All of my carpets look amazing. And my only regret would be not using zerorez sooner to clean my really dirty tile!! I will absolutely have you clean it every six months. I'm extremely happy and will recommend Adam and Zerorez to my friends and family. Thank you!!

Your company is a little more expensive than the other companies I use for carpet cleaning, so some of my Owners will not pay the difference. But I did have two Owners request that we use your company this month for the cleaning, so it is nice to be able to try it out.

In my opinion, $60 to clean a stairwell is excessive and just a way to gouge customers. While the cleaning was done to my satisfaction I will definitely do some price comparison the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

I was most impressed by the employee who worked quickly, yet took the time to remove a few hard stains.

This was a unique situation. You actually cleaned it two times, due to an unfortunate series of events. The first time the cleaning was great. The second time, technician was not as experienced and wasn't able to get the carpets 100% cleaned.

Arrive st the time of appointment. Be more careful if furniture.

I like the "clean" solution. I was super impressed with the tile and grout! My tile looks like brand new! I love my clean carpet...it saved me from having to replace it!
