You clean carpets better than any one else. I have used you for a long time but my last experience was not good. When the fellow got there his equipment broke down and we had to wait 40 minutes for a new one to be brought. Which I understand. BUT he did a job that should have taken an hour in only 15 minutes and really botched it. When it dried it was candy cane stripe of clean piece and then dirty piece. I rescheduled and they agreed not to charge me but now I have to go into my shop twice on what is my only day off. But I will still call again.

With what was on the carpet and the way it turned when they were done with cleaning it was great.
I am getting ready to sell my Dads condo and this will really help.

My carpets are great. The man who worked here was nice. BUT the original phone call I made for service, the girl said just one room and hall (which is all I needed) would not put me over your $100.00 minimum so I said I guess I could have my couch done. She said that would put me over the $100 and left it at that. When the man was done he said that the price was $278.00. I about fainted. I told him about the phone call with the girl and he discounted it to $190, but I was a little angry that nether the girl or the man that did the work quoted me the real price before the services were complete. I feel this was a little deceiving and will not recommend your company to anyone. I wish I could get this message to "Good Things Utah" so they could stop recommending your company on their show.

Carpets are very clean and dry quickly. Technicians are very professional.

The spots that were suppose to be removed still showed up after they carpets dried. They price is too high for extras.

The experience was great from top to bottom. The technicians were friendly, prompt, efficient, and thorough. The service was top notch from the first call through reminders and followups.

Technician forgot to clean one of the rooms requested to be cleaned. I had to call and get him to come back. He also did not clean some areas well. I had to request someone to come back and redo them.

Pathetic service, highly pricey, food marks on my carpet are still there, no difference at all. The technicians bumped up the price as well. All in all, this whole thing was a marketing gimmick, on the ground the results are pathetic. I actually would want my money back and have never decided to call a carpet cleaner ever, let alone u guys, no one ever.

After I let the carpet dry for a few hours, I went back and looked at the carpet. In several places there were spots that obviously had not been cleaned. I feel like the technician did a sloppy job. I would like to talk to a representative and see if we can have someone come out again.

I just wrote a review and yu can read that. The carpet cleaning was fine although not great. I was told that there was some residual darkening due to wear and tear. This carpet is only one year old. Also, I was not given the special price you were running on tile and grout even though I was not told about any difference between natural versus synthetic stone. I called and spoke to a girl but she never got back to me.

The young woman who came in truck 20 was VERY anxious to help. She really put in the time and effort needed to give us the best job possible. There is some dissatisfaction on part that more stains were not removed, but we doubt that it was her fault. Apparently zerorez is not good at stains. We have used zerorez before, but would probably try a different process next time.

I have a 3700 square foot rental home. 3600 of that is carpet. I pay a little more for Zerorez but they always do an amazing job cleaning the carpet.

Reliable. Cost is reasonable. Friendly staff from the scheduler at the office to the crew who comes. There's nothing to NOT like.
