My carpets look amazing after being cleaned! After months of having workers in and out of our home doing repairs after a major roof leek I did not want to have another worker/technician into my home. The technician that came was fabulous, and left me feeling hopeful about future workers/technicians. We walked through the areas and pricing was confirmed and expectations were set as to which stains would magically disappear and which might reappear and why. He did a wonderful job cleaning and removed stains that I thought would never come out. Then he even took the extra time to answer several of my questions on how to best treat future stains and what carpets are easiest to clean and keep looking nice. My mother things zerorez is the best and now I know why.
P.S. I also liked being able to set an appointment online and it was so helpful to be able to add extra rooms to be cleaned and confirm my appointment via email. Thanks to everyone at zerorez for making getting my carpets cleaned so easy.

Dried up fairly quickly

Great Service and Price. The dry time after the carpet has been cleaned is fantastic. It did not take multiple days where I had to run fans and stay off of the area before bringing the furniture back in the room.
