Friendly service technician! Effective and efficient process!

Really good product. Drys quickly. No soap residue to attract dirt. The cleaning operator (Cory) was great: On time, very efficient, very hard worker, never complained about having to use a portable unit.

Ben and his assistant were just great. They recognized the areas that need more attention and took care of it. In addition they placed dryers in cleaned areas to help dry time. The service and wall protections they used were very good. I am very happy with this company and the service. I would highly recommend it to anyone, especially with fine expensive carpet and rugs. The service technician that came was very professional. He gave me my options but was not pushy about having me add any additional services. I will definitely use them again.

They were here when they were scheduled (or at least let us know they would be late because previous jobs had turned out to be bigger than expected) and we feel like are carpets are VERY clean now.

Interior of my car was cleaned- carpet, headliner and seats as well as 2 rooms in my apt. This was not me first experience with Zerorez

The. Work done in my car was very unsatisfactory mainly because the solution was not removed well at all resulting in warmer lines in the heading, soil on the seats that had been cleaned just surfaced again when finally dry. I don't feel that the seats were cleaned entirely and I would bet the cola spill and seats where the majority of any soil was were not pretreated as is usually done on carpet traffic areas/stains. When I moved the front seats to the forward position, there was obvious areas not even cleaned and the solution in carpets like the rest had not been removed well at all. The carpets in my apt were done Ok but there also if the solution had been removed sufficiently the carpet would have felt soft and residue free as usually results with Zero Rez which is the reason I used your services again.
I have already made arrangements to bring my car into the Draper location next Saturday morning to have it redone. I haven't decided yet whether I would recommend or use ZeroRez in the future.

I appreciated your friendly technician. He explained how the process works, showed me my pet stains with his flashlight, and was not pushy at all. My carpet looked and smelled great! The pet odor reappeared a few days after the cleaning, but I'm not sure if any carpet cleaner really works on that problem! I will absolutely use Zerorez again, and I will recommend them highly to my friends.

There are a few places that I expected to be cleaned better. In our master bathroom i was very disappointed. None of the carpet along the baseboards was even touched. The main reason for hiring out my carpet cleaning was to address this particular area.
I guess my expectation from hearing your advertising was unrealistic.
