This cleaning process is the best! The carpet looks so much better and smells great. The technician worked hard to get out several difficult stains, and made sure we were pleased with the results.
The technician took my expensive rug to the shop an said he would return it in "a few days." I called 2 weeks later and was told "she'd check with the technician and call me right back." She didn't. I called a 2nd time and was told "they were finishing up the last step and would deliver it in 1 week." Why would this take 3-1/2 weeks? And why wasn't I kept informed of the progress? What did I have to meme calls to get the book ugh back?

I liked the respectful mannor in which the worker treated our home and furniture. He worked hard and I liked the results on our very dirty furniture. I feel happy to have people see how nice our furniture looks now. The technician was Allen Schneider Lustosa. I liked the way the appointment was set and the follow through. Very satisfied.

I like how clean the grout came on our tiled kitchen floor. I don't like the fact that my kitchen was considered two "areas", so that even though it was a reduced rate to clean it, I still paid a lot! I liked how hard Isaias worked to clean the tile and carpet. This is the first time that we've had Zerorez, and I was mostly pleased with the results. I didn't like that it cost $60 to clean the stairs. There are some brown stains left on the upper stairs after cleaning, so I'm hoping that problem can be resolved.
I love that there was no residue or hard carpets afterwards. The guys were great and very professional. My only recommendation is to not park in driveways, or at least make sure your cans aren't leaking oil. I have two oil lines on my driveway now. But the carpet cleaning was fantastic!
I appreciated the technician's professional attitude as he worked at my home. He was courteous and informative about the service he was providing. He cleaned a hallway that a dark line left by another cleaning service. Now it looks perfect! He also cleaned a well loved sofa. Thanks to him, it looks like new!

The technician was very good so nothing wrong on that end. However the main reason I had my carpets cleaned was primarily about 5-7 stains in my living room. They are still there, just as much as they were before so the cleaning did not work on them. My carpet is only 2 years old and in good condition with low traffic.

Your pricing is misleading when booking online for the dog treatment and no one gave me another quote when they called to confirm. So when the technician got there, I found out it was more than double what I had been quoted originally. That's a huge difference. 😐
The carpet comes out much better than I could possibly hope for. The person cleaning the carpet was extremely efficient and friendly. I can't say enough good about this experience.
