The guy came late and then blamed the lack of darkness in our home as we told him we had dogs before and wanted the spots to be treated. He couldn't find his tool and so he left without deep treatment of the pee places, which is why we called you in the first place. We just purchased this house and it had two dogs living in it. The price ended up much higher than we expected.

the carpets didn't smell clean after and the showers looked just the same. I told the tech its not even smooth. He went over it again. I felt like he could have did the inside of the shower door. There was also soap on the wall under the soap dish. I feel like I wasted a lot of money.

The guy beat the crap out of my corner bead and the baseboard. I even politely asked him to please not bump it and he said ok but did it anyway. If I hadn't had the twins to watch and could have seen what he was doing I would have booted him out. Every corner in our brand new house is married. He also just seem more interested in getting in and out of the house than he did doing a good job. The dispatch says they will send a guy out to fix everything but good grief, get someone who respects others house as the kid obviously did not.

I am not sure if it was my carpet, but the carpet wasn't as clean as I thought it would be.
