We are really pleased with the cleaning job that was done on Friday, Nov 10th. My whole house feels cleaner and brighter, because my carpets are clean. I would encourage anyone to call Zerorez to clean their carpets.
Timeliness and the courtesy of the technician
This is the second time I had Zerorez come to clean my carpets~! Cody came and did the pretreat on my floors, they were awfully dirty. then went to work with a big brush scrubber, then he did the hard job of cleaning the carpets. He did a wonderful job, all of the stains are gone, I have 13 yr old carpet, so getting ALL the stains out really surprised me.. It was dry by evening~! I will only have Zerorez clean my carpets ~!! Thanks to Cody on a job well done~! I appreciate your professionalism and how efficient you were~!! He should get a raise~!!

It appears your process works and I like the fact there are no residual soap, or chemicals left behind. The carpet is definitely improved and feels and smells clean, so this is an easy recommendation.

Carpet left streaky- went over it a second time with my own home carpet cleaner and it looked better. The tech was too rushed.

All the carpets that were cleaned look like new, even the stairs. The man who cleaned the carpets worked hard and was finished in no time!
i Liked that the product didn’t smell and that I had a guard put back on my carpet. I did however notices places where there were stains on my carpet that should have been gotten out. I got them out with just a wet rag. So I wonder how well my carpet actually was done.

Great results! I have never had my tile floors cleaned before, and I am really happy with the results. Tile looks great and grout isn't dark in traffic areas anymore. I plan on having Zerorez come regularly for a good carpet and tile deep cleaning. Also, the technician was informative and carefully protected all furniture, walls, and corners in the work areas.
The service was very professional. She did a great job. the carpet looked like new again, I didn't want to step on it. It also left my home smelling great. She informed me on what she was doing up front and gave the quote so there was no surprises. She was very approachable and answered all my questions. My carpets are a little crispy after they dry. Is there any way to prevent that?
