I was very impressed with the products. I was very happy with how clean my carpets were and they smell great. My technician was very professional, explained products well and worked really hard, nonstop for hours to get a result that not only I was happy with but that satisfied him. I have used your service for years. In the past year I have replaced my carpet with tile and area rugs. The cost to have the area rugs cleaned, is over priced. I could have cleaned my family room and 3 beds rooms when they were carpet for the price you charged for 2 8x10 area rugs. Your technician Isias is wonderful, very polite hard working, a lot of why I kept calling back. But, due to the price of cleaning the area rugs, I will check others companies for a more reasonable pricing .

I like that the carpets dry quickly and that they get the stains up.

I don't know if it's a problem with the equipment, or maybe the technique, but immediately after my carpets were cleaned I had to go out and rent a carpet cleaning machine and redo them. The water that I dumped out of the machine after each area was so dark brown it was almost black. High traffic areas that the tech told me was actually damaged, not dirty, released most of the dirt that was in the water. My carpets now look ten times better after a couple passes with a rented machine versus what a professional cleaning service did. I would be unlikely to recommend Zerorez in the future because of the poor results I experienced.

Overall good experience. Now that the carpets have dried there are just a few placed on the stairs that were missed and one place on the corner of my family room.

The carpet cleaning is really good, but this time I was most excited by my travertine floors in the entry. We moved into this home, and this was the first time the tile and grout has been cleaned in who knows how long. It looks beautiful!! Not only steam cleaned to the original grout color, but then sealed against future damage as well. The entry is beautiful now!!

Be fair with your charges. In one room, you cleaned only the walking areas which was an are of about 15 feet by 3 feet, since there is a king size bed in the room. Yet, you charged for the whole room. It took less than 10 minutes to go over it. You charged to paint the whole car, yet you only painted the hood.

You guys are just too expensive.

Isaiah and John did a great job...our carpeting looks and feels brand new. In fact, we were prepared to replace the carpeting on the stairs and another area...but those guys worked at it and we are now stain free! Their work and expertise saved us thousands of dollars! Thank you!

We wanted $100 dollars worth of work and with all the add on it came to $128.00 a little more than we thought it might be. guess that how the world works now days. sell give good service and charge more. Don

I'm not saying I'm disappointed I very much like the tool used to pull up dog hair. One carpet looks great the other two better than before but not as good as I had hoped. Will I use Zerorez in the future.. yes.

I would like you to be a little more flexible/reasonable with your price for area rugs, and I'm not sure if there's any benefit to the $50.00 dollar I spend for pet pee removal.

They seem to do a good job and seem very particular about the care they take to make sure they get out all stains and are careful not to damage corners or furniture.

50.00 a room for the urine treatment that's not guaranteed, but you don't know that until you get the bill seems excessive. Over 400.00 dollars for a tech that was there less than 2 hours that's doctor money. I think your system is good but that's ridiculous.
