We have had Zerorez clean our carpets several times and each time it is very successful and we appreciate the type of professionals sent into our home to do this job. We have enjoyed the association with the cleaner and really know we can depend on our carpet being brought up to its best, especially since we have lived in this house a number of years.
The cleaning personnel are friendly yet professional.
We are happy to recommend them and you can use us as referrals.

Second time around was better, they needed to come and reclean my sofa. It would have been nice to do a job right the first time. Also, a little more flexibility in adding items to be cleaned. I have 3 stairs that the guy wouldn't clean because it wasn't "on the list" to do. Being a little more accommodating would have been nice.

My carpet and stairs look fine but I also asked to have my couch and love seat cleaned and they almost look worse now than they did before. Not only that, but getting someone back out here to redo the work had been a nightmare. The first offer was to have me wait a week to get it cleaned again. I have company coming to stay for the week and now my living room is completely in disarray and your want me to wait a week to fix the job I paid for yesterday? Well so they agreed to get someone out today so my husband arranged to leave work early to meet your technician only to have the technician call an hour before the agreed time saying he was ready to come then and would not wait till the agreed time. No, I'm not happy. I have used your company for years. I have had this furniture cleaned several times, I know the job done yesterday is not the best that could be done. And at this point, no, I'm not likely to recommend your company to a friend.
We had Chandler come and fix some spots that were not removed in our first cleaning. He did an awesome job, worked hard, and our carpets look great now. Thank you!

Jonah did a good job cleaning our old carpet, and got rid of the "traffic" dirt. We hope the expensive sealant protects it for a few months. I would probably recommend Zerorez to our friends.

The technician who came was very congenial and a good ambassador for your company. We liked him. However, we felt like he talked too much, both interrupting the work we were doing at the moment and delaying his own mission of completing the cleaning in a timely fashion. We are not complaining, as we love the job he did and the cleanliness of the rugs and feel that we got our moneys' worth, but if he were less conversational, I am sure it would be appreciated by many of his clients.
Also, a large oriental carpet was taken back to the shop to be cleaned. It has been two weeks now and we have not had anyone contact us to tell us of the status of the carpet. We are uncertain if there is a problem or not.
I appreciate that you were willing to address and correct the cleaning of my carpet. I think it is rare that a company cares about what their customers concerns are. Thank you so much for fixing the issues with my carpet. It is much better after the second cleaning.
I like that I know when my technician will arrive. I know that when they do they will work hard to clean my carpets.

Zerorez was great in helping with pet odors . . . animal as well as people odors. Broc was great to show me with his black light were where the problem areas were located.

The technician was fantastic. I have a small boy who is facinated by how things work. The tech was patient and kind showing him how everything worked and even put booties on his shoes. My carpet looks New and it is 20 years old. I will definitely recommend you to friends!
Hi! I got your phone call asking for my feedback.
There were just a few things that were disappointing. I used a coupon and for 10% off and was told I'd get a free room if I gave a can of food. I wasn't given that discount but the tech took my food. I was told later that they can't give me two discounts at once. I wasn't told that ahead of time. If I had known I would have chosen to get the free room instead of the 10% off coupon. Right after the appointment someone contacted me and asked for feedback I told them my feedback and they said they would give me an additional 16 dollars off. However, I haven't received any money back yet. So that was disappointing too.
