Your technician did a thorough job and we are very satisfied!
The price quote was way off compared to my actual invoice price, and when confronted about the situation, the tech called management and they basically acted like 'too bad' and 'our hands are tied!' Ever heard of something called integrity and customer service, zerorez?? Your complete unwillingness to do anything to make the situation right, reflects poorly on the company as a whole. Very disappointed. Will not be using or recommending this company, Ever.
I love how clean my carpets are and how quickly they dry. That except for the soil repellant that I have sprayed down there is no ugly smell.

I got my grout cleaned and it's very expensive. I decided to try it when there was a promotion because a technician that had cleaned my carpets highly recommended it. The results were not impresive. Some areas are clean and others look exactly the same. The technician said it is because some of the grout is deeper and harder to get to. He also tried the sell me on getting a sealer put on that would have upped the price by 150%. Because of the 30 day satisfaction they are coming back to try again which is really nice but it still equals another day of me being available for them to come. And, what happens if some of the grout is too deep to clean?

We have used ZeroRez for many years and have been very happy with the service until this weekend. We had six rooms cleaned and while the carpets were wet they looked clean. However, as soon as they were dried, all the spots showed up again and in several places our carpets looked exactly like they did before we had them cleaned. In particular, one bedroom showed some horrible dirt spots and our family room traffic areas looked awful. The technician was nice and friendly. I’m not sure if he rushed the job or what happened differently than in the past but we are very disappointed. Our carpets do not look clean in several areas. It took about two hours to do six rooms. It seems like it has taken longer in the past. We even bought the expensive sealant the last time ZeroRez came so we thought the carpets would clean up better. It took us so long to move all the furniture, and I vacuumed carefully before they came. The results were good while wet but not good while dry. So disappointed this time around.
They were on time and did a great job. No problems at all. Corner protectors were used so hoses didn’t scuf trim.

I called to move my appointment to Saturday and Kathy was very rude and unprofessional. I had to call back the next day to get the appointment moved. :(

My bill ended up being more than I anticipated! The cost of spraying your 'carpet guard' was quite expensive compared to what I have paid other carpet cleaners!

My carpets look really really good. One carpet had black spots on it and they are all gone. The carpets were dry in just a few hours and we were able to move the furniture back in last night.
