i Liked that the product didn’t smell and that I had a guard put back on my carpet. I did however notices places where there were stains on my carpet that should have been gotten out. I got them out with just a wet rag. So I wonder how well my carpet actually was done.

Great results! I have never had my tile floors cleaned before, and I am really happy with the results. Tile looks great and grout isn't dark in traffic areas anymore. I plan on having Zerorez come regularly for a good carpet and tile deep cleaning. Also, the technician was informative and carefully protected all furniture, walls, and corners in the work areas.

The service was very professional. She did a great job. the carpet looked like new again, I didn't want to step on it. It also left my home smelling great. She informed me on what she was doing up front and gave the quote so there was no surprises. She was very approachable and answered all my questions. My carpets are a little crispy after they dry. Is there any way to prevent that?

Second time around was better, they needed to come and reclean my sofa. It would have been nice to do a job right the first time. Also, a little more flexibility in adding items to be cleaned. I have 3 stairs that the guy wouldn't clean because it wasn't "on the list" to do. Being a little more accommodating would have been nice.

My carpet and stairs look fine but I also asked to have my couch and love seat cleaned and they almost look worse now than they did before. Not only that, but getting someone back out here to redo the work had been a nightmare. The first offer was to have me wait a week to get it cleaned again. I have company coming to stay for the week and now my living room is completely in disarray and your want me to wait a week to fix the job I paid for yesterday? Well so they agreed to get someone out today so my husband arranged to leave work early to meet your technician only to have the technician call an hour before the agreed time saying he was ready to come then and would not wait till the agreed time. No, I'm not happy. I have used your company for years. I have had this furniture cleaned several times, I know the job done yesterday is not the best that could be done. And at this point, no, I'm not likely to recommend your company to a friend.

We had Chandler come and fix some spots that were not removed in our first cleaning. He did an awesome job, worked hard, and our carpets look great now. Thank you!

Jonah did a good job cleaning our old carpet, and got rid of the "traffic" dirt. We hope the expensive sealant protects it for a few months. I would probably recommend Zerorez to our friends.

The technician who came was very congenial and a good ambassador for your company. We liked him. However, we felt like he talked too much, both interrupting the work we were doing at the moment and delaying his own mission of completing the cleaning in a timely fashion. We are not complaining, as we love the job he did and the cleanliness of the rugs and feel that we got our moneys' worth, but if he were less conversational, I am sure it would be appreciated by many of his clients.

Also, a large oriental carpet was taken back to the shop to be cleaned. It has been two weeks now and we have not had anyone contact us to tell us of the status of the carpet. We are uncertain if there is a problem or not.

I appreciate that you were willing to address and correct the cleaning of my carpet. I think it is rare that a company cares about what their customers concerns are. Thank you so much for fixing the issues with my carpet. It is much better after the second cleaning.
