Paolo was highly professional and took care of the carpet needs with great efficiency. Thank you for sending him out.

We understand that there were two rooms in our house that needed to have a pet urine treatment. However, the technician did not disclose the cost for each room until the end.
Ok, after he left we noticed that the area that we supposedly paid an additional "$75" in one of the rooms had not been fully cleaned. When we called Zerorez back an operator basically told us that was not their (your companies fault) because they could not get "everything" which is confusing because the spot was obvious, and I would assume that with your exclusive equipment your technician would have spent extra time on that spot, since we spent additional money. We were told that Zerorez could come back and due a re-visit. Who knows what the charge for that would be. We feel more inclined to go to your competitior.

What can you do? I would at come back out, re-treat at no additional cost, even for the water removal.

The communication was some of the best we've had lately. We were told we'd get a call 2 days before our appointment to set a time, and we did (other companies service we have been trying to use, not just carpet cleaning, have not followed through). On the day of the appointment the associates called us to let us know an ETA. They were faster than expected and called us again to let is know they were on there way and what time to expect them. Great communication throughout the appointment letting us know what they were doing and time frame to complete. Both associates were very professional. Our carpet has not looked this good in years, and it feels great and smells better. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff, clean carpets

I am not "disappointed" and the staff has been very good but I feel that it was very expensive and finished very quickly. That makes me think that the job is not as good as it should have been, but that is probably old school thinking. Also, I had one room that only had a strip to clean but was still charged $33 and an "add on" of an area rug for $24 that was very expensive but I still approved it so ultimately my own fault.
I have used "Be Green" Services in the past and will go back to them as they send 1 man and seem to really take time with my carpet.

Again, I am not blaming anyone but myself. Fernando asked many times if I had any questions, and I always did, and I believe he was as thorough as he is allowed to be. The other technician was new but quite knowledgeable. I did want to call and question whether the protectant was administered to "all" of my carpet. Everything went so quick and I only saw the protectant applied to my main room. That does not mean it was not applied everywhere though. Thank you

Personnel are very careful to avoid damage/dirt to areas - they wear protective coverings on their shoes, place plastic guards around corners of the walls that might get bumped with equipment, and so forth. The workers explain what they are doing and invite questions to clarify procedures. While they let me know of services available, there was no pressure to "add on" to the original request. It is amazing to me what they can do with a 20-year-old carpet!

Service was great the two gentlemen that came out or awesome I would call them back again to come to my house again. The products I will know once the carpet was dry and I vacuumed it again to see how it works but otherwise everything was awesome great fast very

Dan went above and beyond working on the stained carpets. He spent extra time and was persistent. Other carpet cleaning companies that I've used in the past, just look at the stains and don't take the time to try. Dan was amazing! Everyone should request that clean their carpets!

I recently had my carpets microsealed in my new house. It was a very quick process at a reasonable price and I’m so glad to have my carpets protected for up to 10 years! The zerorez technician was patient and professional and kind and explained the whole process to me in a way I understood. I love zerorez! They are my #1 choice in carpet cleaners.

It stayed wet for about 8 hours and there are still a few spots that I know can be removed.

The young man who came to clean was fantastic. He was neat and polite. He listened to what I wanted and repeated it back to be sure he understood. He took the time needed to really clean the carpet. He helped me move a table and was so polite about it.

Your scheduler called at the time she told me she would to let me know an approximate time my carpet cleaner would be here. Daniel also called to let me know when he was in route. When he arrived he introduced his self to me, which was nice also. I love how clean my carpets turned out. Daniel was very polite and did an exceptional job. I would certainly request him to come back the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Fast service, good communication, good job on the carpet

I love how the carpet feels and how quickly things were dry. I just just feel like there was some spots that looked like They weren’t even cleaned. I don’t know if there is any other options to get the higher traffic areas cleaner.
