The tecnition was very polite and went to work immediately and did not waste any time.
The furniture looked sparkling clean and the carpet was much improved.
You've worked to make things alright, and the technician that came out did a good job and was very polite and professional. However that doesn't compensate for the time and trouble I have had because of the first service's issues. I still have damage to my dresser from a bottle of cleaner being set on it. The service tech couldn't get rid of it, but offered me a $100 discount. I don't know how much it will cost to get it repaired, so I didn't accept that at the time. The problem is that I don't have the time to deal with getting it repaired right now. Just a bummer that I've invested so much time (on the phone, here for tech visit - or scheduled visit that they cancelled - and off of work) and I still have issues. I was told that I would receive a discount by one of the customer service techs on my original $600+ bill (not related to the furniture repair), but have not been offered any discount.
Again, I do want to compliment the tech that came this last time. The carpets are now much improved.

Fast and Friendly
Price way too high.
There are still dirt lines in front of both couches. I was disappointed they didn’t come out but appreciated Thomas giving it 2 tries.
Also, there should be a way to apply and scrub out next to baseboards with the biological solution. Why not use a toothbrush?

Treatment for urine was not quoted on the phone (she said i had to talk to the person treating) The cushion was less that 200 sq feet and they wanted $100. That would be 400sq feet according to my bill! I know it wasn’t guaranteed but there is still a strong urine smell so the bio treatment was totally ineffective. I do appreciate the prompt appointment. I was hoping the smell would be a little less for $150. Sorry

I was ecstatic over the work Zerorez did on my carpets. It had been quite awhile since they had been cleaned and never professionally. My rugs look new! I couldn’t believe they got all the stains and discolorations out...a miracle! Moreover, the cost was so reasonable I could afford to have them cleaned..
