This company was recommended by the manager of Midshore Manor Apartments ( De
Anne Ward ). The person who did the work explained the process and the time to do the work and also showed me the detailed bill. After he had finished the cleaning he asked me to check the carpets and if he had done it to my approval. I was very pleased to see how fresh and clean the carpets were and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.
My carpets always look great after cleaning. I like the idea that there is no residue left in the carpet.
The product is the only carpet cleaning service that I will use. My carpets are clean and comfortable - not sticky and crusty.
And the personnel are respectful of my home and very easy to work with. before I had even thought of it, Dan was concerned about an art piece that was on the floor and he found a way to protect it from the hose . I appreciated his understanding of my belongings. He was friendly, efficient, and knew his product.

Dispatch kept me up to date when the technician would arrive and the technician called when he was 5 minutes out. Technician was courteous and did the cleaning in a professional manner.
Technician was very professional and did an excellent job. My couch, chair, and living room carpet look like they were brand new. I was very satisfied with Zerorez and recommended the company to my brother.

Zerorez was on time and always does a great job. We had a few emergency patients come in just when they were starting to clean the carpets and Zerorez was considerate enough to work around them so they wouldn't disturb the doctors and patients. I would like to preface my comments with the fact that I have used Zerorez many times in the past. Only one other time was there a problem with the final result of the cleaning. I did call back and Zerorez did send out a technician who was able to re-clean my carpets to my total satisfaction. My experience this time hasn't been quite as satisfactory. My carpet was initially cleaned on 8/27/18 by a team of 2. After the carpet had dried, there were many areas that needed to be re-cleaned. When I called to inform Zerorez of the situation, the service representative was very helpful in scheduling my carpets for re-cleaning. One of the same technicians from the initial visit came again 9/7/18 to take care of my complaint. Both times, the technicians were very professional. I must say, it does look much better than before but there are still a number of areas that I believe could be cleaner. I know this because other times the carpet has been cleaned, it has been totally amazing (in the not too distant past). Of course, I know that my carpet is 13 years old and has wear to it. I totally understand that fact, but I have been told by carpet people that it is still in very good condition for how old it is. I have loved Zerorez services in the past but with this recent experience, I am certainly going to consider other carpet cleaning companies the next time my carpets are cleaned.

Jake worked hard and was here for awhile, he pre-treated loosened up the carpet and probably did what he was suppose to do. However, he would walk outside with his booties on and then come back in tracking whatever back in on the wet somewhat clean carpets. The booties had holes in them 20 mins into the cleaning. What's the point of having my carpets cleaned when he's doing that. Then, like I said before I know he pre-treated, but man, my carpets look the same. The only place I see a difference is by my bathroom and that was worse than my other carpets. My other carpets look exactly the same. I took pictures if you want me to send it to you. I asked him if that would come out and he said no. I have had other companies come and clean my carpets and have gotten worse stuff out. Just wondering if he needs to be trained better or what. It was on the weekend and I know he was having trouble with some equipment cause he was late getting to my house. I did get a phone call, but when I pay $415 I want to see a difference. I had him clean my couches and he did get some red hairspray out of one couch, which I was happy about, but I don't think my couches were WOW when he got done. I tried you guys cause my aunt used you and was happy, but I was not impressed. I know I have 5 yr old carpet, but to me that is not old.
Quick dry times and no crusty feeling.
Quoted/planned on paying $150 and was charged twice that. Additionally, a few obvious stains seem to have been missed and ended up doing them by hand.
I was very pleased with the gentkeman who cleaned our carpets. He was knowledgeable, explained everything to me, offered some solutions to problems we were having with our carpet, but never pressured me to purchase extras. I appreciated how thorough he was. He cared for our carpet. I know that sounds weird, but I knew he cared for our carpet, he enjoyed his job. That made me feel comfortable in the knowledge that the job would be done right.
Our technician was super friendly, prompt and answered any questions I had. I felt like he explained all the options and was honest about what I personally needed instead of trying to sell more. The carpets are so clean and I couldn’t be happier!

I am very pleased with my Zerorez experience. Victor and Fernando were are service providers. They made a great team. The procedure was explained, they took a close look at the areas to be cleaned, measured our living room space, and then explained where they would start and the equipment/tools they would be using. Working together they did a fast yet very thorough job. They were working on a very old rental carpet area and were able to make it look much better than I expected. Thank you Victor, Fernando and Zerorez!
I love that the technician, he actually got on his hands and knees to smell the pet spots and the black light was pretty cool. Also, loved how you brush the carpet first and then shampoo. The entire experience was a 10. Great job and thank you!
My confidence with the company was shaken this time around. I have been a faithful customer for quite some time. Things have been flawless in the past. I guess this was just the luck of the draw to have problems this time.
The fellow who eventually arrived to do the work did a competent job. My frustrations were with the office / administrative portion of the transaction.
I originally was unaware that the company was open on Saturdays. I was trying to figure out how to fit the carpet cleaning into my limited Monday through Friday schedule. I did have a few days off in August so I called to set the appointment into a tight segment of time. I needed to be the first appointment of the day for sure. The agent said all first appointments were taken foe the day I chose, but there was a first time slot available for the Saturday of that week. That particular Saturday was already committed for me, but knowing that Saturday's were now an option I just book the appointment on the first Saturday that I did have free - Sept 1st. I was to expect a call two days ahead confirming the appointment.
When the call came in I could not answer my phone. The auto system requested I make a returning confirmation call, which I did. The agent said I should expect a call between 945 and 1015 the next morning securing the start time. I questioned why so late. I was informed I was to be the second appointment of the day. This was a serious setback to my schedule, but do-able. I accepted the information and the timeline.
On cleaning day all was properly prepared by 8AM. The waiting game was on. By 1050AM I had still not received the expected call. This was more than an hour late. I called the office. I was told that there was a delay and I should expect my call around noon.
NOON !!! I was not happy about this and expressed my displeasure about being moved to 2nd position in the first place - and now going to 3rd !!! I had other plans for my day and now all was lost. I was committed at this point. I did not want to go through all the work of organizing this again for another Saturday. It just had to be done today at this point. we ended our conversation.
Three minutes later I received a call from another staff person. They apologized for the current situation and offered me a 50% discount on my services. This was a surprise. I accepted the offer.
When the call came at noon I was told to expect the technician at 2PM. 2PM !!! UNBELIEVABLE !!! This was a more than 6 hour delay of my original plans. Now not only was my entire day shot - Due to carpet drying times I would not be able to return my home to normal conditions until after 10PM !!!
Again, nothing I could do about it but follow the plan. The technician did arrive at 145PM and was completed by 4PM. There was an additional charge for a dog urine spot and several things I was hoping to come out did not lift, these were unfortunate.
In chatting I learned that part of the mans delay was a miss address entered into his unit by the office that sent him to Millcreek instead of Heriman for his first appointment. Then there were a large number of guys who just called off for the day because it was the holiday weekend. He still had two more jobs to complete before finishing his day.
Just seems to me that more could have been done by the office to keep the day of chaos from being so severe for both clients and employees.
In the future I will stick with Monday through Thursday appointments. My experience was much better on those days.
Very disappointed in service. Gentleman that came down was nice and professional however what a waste of money over $120.00 to clean truck and still very dirty, Boat came out "ok" but still not worth $100.00. Was told fabric color in truck is worn off causing it to be black I didn't believe it ended up getting cleaner from Walmart and WAS ABLE to get it clean myself far better than so called professionals. Was a complete waste of money! Over $200.00 for complete job, should have just rented a machine myself in the first place.
I love that there is no soap residue which helps the carpet to stay clean longer. Also love that the carpets are not saturated and dry quickly. Technicians are friendly, efficient, wear shoe covers and protect the corners of my walls and furniture.

The technician arrived on time. He was pleasant and did a good job. Our couch looks like new!

I still have some spots on my carpet that did not get cleaned.
