Everything was amazing. It was easy to schedule online and directions/ pretreatment instructions were emailed. They called the morning of to let us know their eta. Everything was thoroughly explained before they started. They'd have me check the progress throughout to make sure i was aware of what was going on and so i could see the results. They treated our house and belongings with respect. When it was all done they made sure they'd cleaned up everything. The job was impeccably done with very simple arrangements from me.
I feel like the carpets are really clean. The technician was excellent, hard working and very kind.

Carpets look great clean
The tech that cleaned our carpets was very respectful, courteous, and had a lot of knowledge.
Dont treat your customers like children. Dont argue with us about whether or not the carpet is clean as compared to wear and tear. The next day I had a second company come and clean the carpet because we didn't want to argue with your serviceman or your customer service people anymore. BOSS Systems did an excellent job cleaning the carpet where you did not. They took twice as long cleaning as you did and made a huge difference. We knew that the carpet wasnt new but what we were seeing and feeling was more than wear and tear. It was still dirty. You really should refund us our money as you did not clean our carpet. I could keep rambling but wont. Bottom line is you lost a customer.
Our carpets looked and felt great after they were cleaned. I loved how they didn’t have a filmy soapy feel to them.
I will use Zerorez again!
