Carpet looked great and the employee was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all of my questions.
The men who came were knew what they were doing and told me things to help me keep up the carpet. They did a good job and made my carpet look better. I appreciate there hard work.

We love zerorez! Our carpets are 4 years old but they look and feel brand new again! We also had our favorite rug cleaned. It was very stained and we were contemplating throwing away. After Zerorez, it too looks brand new! Thank you Zerorez!
The service was excellent. Angelo was polite, professional and each time he finished cleaning a room or rug he asked if me if the work was satisfactory -- or if more should be done. He wanted to be sure I was completely happy with the service before he moved to the next project. He arrived punctually and I was kept informed of his arrival by the main office. The rugs -- which I had cleaned on the back deck -- dried so quickly I was able to place them back on my Red Oak floors almost immediately. That's one of the secrets of Zerorez -- the process cleans everything perfectly and dries quickly. This is the first time I've used Zerorez but they are the only carpet cleaning service I will hire again.

The carpets sere cleaned in a professional manner.
The technicians who came to our house were friendly and did an excellent job. They were frustrated because when they arrived at our home, they realized their equipment was not in working order and had to wait almost 2 hours for replacements. Apparently the guys who used this particular truck the day before, did not report the problem. They arrived at our home at 8:30 am and didn’t leave until around 11:30 am. This was not their fault and I hope this problem was taken care of with the other people who had the truck the day before.

Carpets are very clean and the service man was very kind
The guys did a great job and great to work with. I do have a suggestion on pricing for tile floors if the rooms is in good condition tile and grout I don't fee you should charge so much to come in and spend 40 minutes cleaning it and charge over $300.00 for 400 sq ft. I think you would get more business and recurring customers if it wasn't so expensive. Just a thought.
