The technician did a good job and was very friendly. I just wish your employees were more consistent with each other. For the first time since I have used your services the technician measured the room and then charged me extra for it being over sized. That had never happened to me before.

I had a couple of spots that were concerning and told them to do the best they could. It ended up to be so much better then expected. I have pets and they are very old. Accidents happen and I decided to get the pet treatment. It was so worth it! Don't go anywhere else. These guys are amazing!
The cleaners are always neat, clean, professional and knowledgeable. The pricing is competitive and I love the fact that it dries quicker than other types of cleaning.
Parts of my carpet were not clean ~ when I tried to explain to the girl ~ she told me what a great job the cleaner did... I felt that I hadn't been heard or believed! I got off the phone totally frustrated!!! I calmed down and called back a week later to schedule a NEW carpet cleaner to come and was informed that because they wanted to "train" the BAD cleaner ~ he would be the one to return to my home to re-do the job he didn't do right the first time!!!! When I explained that I did to want that man in my home again ~ she would not listen to me. I became upset again and told her that because she was totally unresponsive to my words, I will tell all of my friends NOT to use your service! I walk every morning with several neighbor ladies and one wanted to get her carpets clean this week and I told her to stay away from Zerorez because my experience was NOT GOOD!!!!
I'm very sad and very disappointed! I hope you did record my call because I would like you to know how "cheerfully" your girl disregarded everything I said!
I appreciated the young men that cleaned my carpet. They did a good job and explained what they were doing, and what was the best thing to do.

The technicians returned to redo an area and were as pleasant and hard-working as they were on their first visit . They explained why there was a problem in that area as well.
Felt a bit unprofessional with pricing, as though things were being made up on the spot. I also have two bedrooms that are 85% taken up by a bed and still got charged for a full room.

Looked good when you left but once it dried I could still see spots and some areas still felt crusty. I had a technician come twice even. The service was so quick that I felt like my carpet didn't get enough "attention!"
