I liked that your product doesn't leave a film on the carpet. I liked that the workers were fast. It was kind of disconcerting that they left the door wide open all the time they were here and it was freezing outside, but I realize that they had to have it open for the big hose to come in the house. I thought that maybe they could have closed it a little bit and just left room for the hose. But nevertheless they were fast and efficient and wore shoe covers.

It appears cleaner but I was disappointed in the feel of the carpet. It is very stiff/hard. And it shows every footstep. Before it was cleaned it was soft and you didn't see every footprint.
