No Resedue the worker was awesome
The technician Riley was very professional and polite he gave me a call letting me know he was on his way and how long. Then when he was done he called and let me know he was done and point out a spot in TV room was damaged which I knew about also he sent me pictures of the areas he cleaned.

We had a room that smelled of urine and they came out to clean the carpet once and it still smelled after they left. They came out again and I used all the products they recommended and then some and they did take a lot of time to clean the room and saturated it with water to flush out the smell, but even after all that it still smelled and my carpets were crusty once it dried. I know other people have pets and kids that have had urine issues and they just don’t seem to have the right products or cleaning solutions to get rid of the smell. They are pricy and don’t guarantee that the smell will be gone with their products or service. So most likely use another company. The guys that came out did work hard and did their job so I don’t blame them. I just think it’s over priced and didn’t meet our expectations for a company that has high reviews. Pretty disappointed.
I like that you don't use a lot of chemicals or soaps. I like your service.
Spots came back after only three weeks. I think $200 is a lot to pay for only three weeks of clean carpet.

The floor and grout were very nice when done. I had him do the grout sealer. The only problem with the sealer when you spray it on it leaves streaks and I had to remop it to try to get it up. That was okay...glo
Gus fit me in to do my car at the end of the day, my car smells so much better after having my toddlers in the back seat for 3 years.
The service was excellent! Our serviceman was so professional, courteous, on time and fast. He did an excellent job and took time to protect our corners and hardwood floors. He explained his process thoroughly, drying time and how long his process would take. He exceeded every expectation and even followed up later in the day to make sure I was satisfied!

You didn’t leave a mess on the baseboards. The carpet looks great and your cleaner was very nice and professional.

Friendly and well trained staff
The tile was cleaned very good, but the damage to my wood floor was not a pleasant surprise... and even though a man came and said he would turn in the request for repairing it, it is still not repaired and it has been 3 weeks.
