I loved that there was a clear communication of when you would be arriving to clean my carpets, so I was not sitting around all day waiting. And when Chase arrived to clean the carpets he did a walk-thru and gave me the cost before starting (which was the same as our estimate over the phone). That was nice. The carpets were cleaned and he explained how to get them to dry quickly. There was absolutely no hassle. When he left, everything was nice and clean. I will definitely recommend, and will hire Zerorez again when we need them cleaned again. :) Thank you!

My technician was exactly on time, put on shoe covers, cleaned all I had asked him to do plus one more room and was done in about 75 minutes. I was very impressed. I know the carpets are older but they look wonderful. And, as Doug Wright says, " no crunchy feeling when they dry". I didn't believe that could be the case but it really was. I will absolutely call again.

Your system did not clean any of the carpets as well as my Hoover steam vac does. I just did not have the time and thought that it would be done better and faster than I could do it. Wrong, wrong, wrong! I ended up having to do one of the bedrooms with my Hoover anyway taking out of my moving time to get it looking acceptable even though the technician came back and did that room again after I called customer service. I redid a large area of the living area where the most stains were left. (The technician told me that they would not come out.) with my Hoover and it now looks better than the rest of the area. I didn't have the time to do the whole room, so one large area looks better than the rest. Would probably never recommend Zerorez to anyone!

I HAVE HAD TWO SPINE FUSIONS RECENTLY. CHASE WAS SO VERY NICE AND VERY CAREFUL MOVING THE FEW LIGHT PIECES OF FURNITURE AND EXPLAINED THE REASONS YOUR TECHNIQUES ARE SO MUCH MORE EFFECTIVE THAN THE OTHER CARPET CLEANERS WE'VE HAD.

I should’ve gone and looked upstairs when asked but didn’t want to walk On The wet floor. One of the closets were missed and a spot in the office was missed. Other than that it was great!!! Super friendly!

Service has always been good. Show up when scheduled, technicians nice and thorough.

Cody came and did a terrible job. I called and asked to have the carpet redone. Cody was sent back out and had a bad attitude. He said the stains were just in my head. He only rewashed a small section of the carpet and spent about 15 minutes doing it. I am so surprised at the terrible service and quality. I will never use Zerorez again and if asked I will share my experience.

Jacob was my technician. He was excellent. Explained the process/pricing and paid special attention to my problem/stain areas, taking an extra step on those areas. My carpet looks excellent!
