I didn't like how the technician walked into my house and told me it smelled like pee pee. I wasn't having my carpets cleaned because they smelled! He got down on his hands and knees and smelled the carpet in my hall and said that it didn't smell in the hall, just in the living room. I laughed because the dogs that have peed at my house have all done so in the hallway. Since he came over I've asked several people if my house ever smelled like pee and they all said it didn't, ever. He tried to tell me that I was just used to it. I know the science of smell and I am not just accustomed to smelling stink all the time.

He warned me repeatedly that if I didn't have the carpets cleaned with a pet deodorizer and good bacteria that the dog pee in my carpet could resurface and make my house stink. I told him that I wasn't worried about that because I've always cleaned up pee places immediately and the spots I cleaned turned out cleaner than areas around.

Like I predicted no such thing ever happened and my house smells the same as it ever did: NOT like pee pee.

In general I'm happy with ZeroRez. I've been using them for years at my rental and refer all of my clients to them. But I was very offended by Roy. He also randomly asked me if I was a mormon and then never explained why he would ask me such a question. What does that have to do with my carpets? I feel like he was unprofessional and dishonest. Trying to scare me into thinking my house smelt so that I'd pay more for his pet remedy. You can think I'm a delusional person who can't smell if it makes you feel better.

Good communication. I like how careful the technicians are with my floors and walls and furnishings. I felt like the carpets really did get cleaned. I was concerned about the drying time so the technician made several dry sweeps to help speed up the drying. She also asked if we had any questions and explained the process in detail.

Zerorez does an amazing job getting my carpets clean. They are efficient and friendly. I never use anyone else!

The topical treatment for the pet odor seems to actually make it worse. That was an extra $50

For the most part, the technician did a very good job. However, I have two issues with the service.

1- The stairs took about 30 hours to completely dry.

2- There are 6 small spots on the stairs that were not removed. I didn't notice them until after the stairs had dried.

I feel that the carpets were especially clean and it was done quickly and professionally.

A PERFECT 10. WE JUST HAD SOME 23 YEAR OLD CARPET CLEANED AND WAS AMAZING!

I had a pet pee in a room and it smelled horrible. You guys wanted to charge me 300 dollars worth of product to clean a small room and area to get smell out. I paid 75 dollars for one gallon and they told me it would take 3 gallons for a very small room. I’m not about to pay almost 300 dollars for a very small room. That’s unbelievable. Also what’s the point of having your carpets cleaned with steam if it doesn’t get the job done in the first place. Pet smells is not a new thing and to be charged an arm and a leg for a small room to clean up urine smell is ridiculous. So I still have the smell because honestly they spent hardly any time in the room and were very quick about it so of course you can imagine it didn’t have time to get the smell out. And they claim one gallon wasn’t enough product for that area. I call rip off. Very disappointed in the service this time. It’s better smelling then what it was but there shouldn’t be a smell anymore at all. Not worth the money you charge. I doubt I will use your company in the future as you feel it’s oky to over charge for cleaning solutions. There are so many companies to choose from that I’m sure wouldn’t charge nearly that much to get the smell out.

Zerorez is thoughtful about coming in your home with putting foot covers on their shoes. Good at explaining & showing what needs to be done. Zerorez has an effective cleaning process. Their representatives are well trained and efficient.
