The young man who cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions and took extra time in some of the places. He represented Zerorez in a professional way. Sorry that I can't remember his name but I would give him very high marks.

Your guy arrived on time. Explained what he would be doing, listened to where we needed extra attention to carpets. When finished he walked with us while we checked each room. He was friendly and helpful. The carpets look great!
