My carpets look great! The technician was professional, efficient and friendly.
I like that you don’t use harsh chemicals to do the cleaning. They are also friendly, professional and quick. They care about your home and go the extra mile to make sure that nothing is damaged in the process.
The tech Paulo was great and very professional. He explained how the products are green and leave “zero rez!” Very pleased with the work.

Technician was not careful with equipment. Baseboards and railings were dented and scuffed up. Carpets looked nicely cleaned but seems some areas were missed.

I was pleased that Riley came back to help me understand why I was seeing so stuff coming up when I vacuumed. Zerorez was very understanding and without hesitation came back and fixed things just as they would.
The technician, Cody, was totally professional and I could tell he knew what he was talking about.
He explained everything and answered all of my questions.
The kicker was that I had forgotten to ask Cody if I should vacuum my carpet again after it dries.So I called one of Zerorez's customer service ladies and she stated I should. And I did and I can't believe all of the amount of dust I got that raised to the carpet from being treated.

The tech was very nice, he just rushed through the job and I had to ask him several times to go spots. He didn’t seem to go the extra mile like techs we’ve had in the past.
The carpets dry quickly and are soft, no icky residue and the technicians are very nice, knowledgeable and fast.

Fernando was on time, explained the process, the cost, and got right to work. He frequently asked my opinion to see if I had any concerns. The tile was cleaned and the grout sealed. Beautiful job. The carpet looked clean and felt soft. It dried quickly. Excellent service. I definitely will call again and will refer them to friends and neighbors.

I really like that my carpets are not sopping wet after being cleaned by Zerorez. The technicians are friendly and courteous. I appreciate that there is no residue left on my carpets.

We had our upstairs hall, stairs and a bedroom cleaned yesterday. Spots and stains I thought were permanent are now gone and the dingy look my stairs gave to everyone coming into the house has been removed. I am very satisfied! I've had another company clean before and even tried the do it yourself home devices which kind of worked, but would leave the carpets feeling crunchy. Zerorez treatment dried soft, without the feeling like I had to immediately vacuum any residual product left behind. Thank you! I will be calling again for the rest of my carpets!
We still have a few spots
Ben was wonderful and did a great job. Our only complaint is that there was part of the wall that was hit and damaged that we weren't told about, and there is a section of carpet that now has an odd smell. We are not sure why, but it wasn't there before.
