The service team member was very professional and ensured my cleaning needs were met.

We had Zerorez come while we were in the hospital having a new baby. The guy showed up and didn’t have all the things we wanted spelled out on the order. Instead of cancelling he moved his other appts around and took 0 breaks to do everything we had requested. We are so stoked on the work and the customer service!
Carpet was very clean
I have never hired a carpet cleaner that doesn't move easily moved furniture like sofas and chairs. Was surprised to hear that is your policy. Would not hire you again for that reason.
The tech took the time to answer questions and explain things to me so that I could maintain the clean state of the carpet.
I’ve got nice clean carpets that were dry pretty quickly!
The carpet didn't look clean and there were spots left. I paid for my sectional to be cleaned and it was as it hadn't been touched. I cleaned a section after it dried with my own cleaner and it was night and day. It was a total waste of money and won't ever use your company again.
I like that they use very little chemical to remove grout sealants and that the technicians were punctual, professional and courteous.
Eric Johnson did a fantastic job on our carpets!! And, he was friendly and polite -- the whole experience was excellent. We will definitely use Zerorez again, and we'll ask for Eric!

Zerorez was easy to book an appointment with and the price on promotion was great!! No extra charges or fees and I was charged exactly what I was quoted over the phone. I had the rooms cleaned as agreed upon and no closets etc. The technician Cody did a great job.
I was very impressed with the cleaning process and in particular they have a scrubber attachment that does a fantastic job on the carpet ( unlike the competitors that only spray soap and/or detergent on and vacuum it off. My carpet looks great and they were dry the same evening.
They don't use soap and have a unique cleaning process that breaks down the dirt so it is easily removed and doesn't leave a film that gets dirty again so fast.
I will definitely use Zerorez again.

Respectful, Professional Technician. Came early and worked hard. Got a hard stain out and I appreciated the corner protectors. My only request and I'll call tomorrow is one small stain that's left in the basement I'd like to have them hit again, but overall it was a great experience.

The carpet looked beautiful when the technician was finished. Unfortunately as it dried , horrible stains reappeared. I think it may need to be gone over again. Other than that amazing job.

I was called and was told that I was the very first one on the list for Friday morning, that someone would be there between 8:00 am and 8:30 , at 8:00 I got a call from one employee saying that they had emergency and that they were running a little late and they would be there by 9:00 at the latest. The carpet crew finally show up at 9:50. I had to cancel an appointment because of the delay! When the crew did finally show up they did a good. job

I just plain like that Zerorez WORKS! A few years ago, I had a particularly troublesome stain in my living room carpet. I had been using another carpet cleaning company and even asked them to come back because I wasn't satisfied. They did come back, and they tried and tried and tried to get the stain out, but it remained there, looking rather unsightly. I called Zerorex, having never used them before, and when the tech finished cleaning, the stain was gone. I have used Zerorez ever since and will ALWAYS use them. They do a good job, the techs are pleasant and efficient workers, and I have confidence that my carpet will look great when they finish. I just plain like that Zerorez WORKS!

Our representative was super thorough with our whole experience. He explained the whole process and made sure we understood how it all worked. He was extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable about his job. I would recommend him to everyone because of how stressfree the experience was. I appreciated the pointers he gave, so we could keep our carpets cleaner for day to day maintenance.
