The job done by Roy Alltop was very good. He was great. BUT, Who does the scheduling???
The appointment was for between 12 and 4. About 3 pm I got a call that he would be here between 4 and 4:30. He got here at 5:30!! To do 2 hrs more of work. I don't blame him (Roy) for arriving so late. I blame the scheduler who gave him toooo much to do in one day. If I hadn't spent so much time clearing the floor of 'smaller' items, the house being upset, I would have canceled.

Therefore, I don't know whether I would recommend Zerorez to my friends. Service was great. Scheduling rates a big fat 'zero'.

I didn’t feel that the high traffic areas cleaned up as well as I expected. There is still soil discoloration. The other carpet areas were not so bad. My main motivation for getting my carpets cleaned was to address the traffic areas, not the remainder of the carpets.
And there were only two areas that motivated me to get the clearing done. One was at the entrance to the great room, and the second was as the entrance to the bedroom, and these were relatively small areas. So, if I was asked for a recommendation I would have some concern about giving a high recommendation. However, I must admit that I don’t know how a different service might have done.

I don’t know what your “guaranteed satisfaction” agreement is.

Technician was polite and efficient. Carpets look very good.

The technician Jacob went through our home with a flashlight trying to find pet stains and found a few. Then gave us a price to clean the main walk areas and the living room about $865.00. Then we said we don't have that much to spend on carpet cleaning. So then we ask Jacob how much would it cost to clean the living room only about 165 sf he said $252.00 I was planning on spending about $100.00 on the living room hallway and stairs that were quoted over the phone. So he pressured us into cleaning with using pet spray so the smell would not come back so I watch him spray and clean the carpet. He sprayed pet spray in about 3 places then rolled the carpet and cleaned the carpet. When he was done I ask for the invoice to pay from he said he did not have one but would email one to me. Jacob said But I need the money now. The invoice came about an hour later with a price of using 3 gallons at $75.00 for each gallon he might have used 8 oz. When he started I ask why the price is so high, Jacob said because I will be here for hours cleaning. When he left 45 min later or less my wife said is he still there I said no he's gone she said wow. The total price ended up being $ 267.00. I have called your office about 6 times to talk with a manager they said she will call me back has not happened yet. We called Stanly Steamer to come and clean the carpets after we could not get zerorez to call us back, they cleaned the whole house and all walkways and bedrooms using pet spray for $ 271.00 I ask if it cost extra for pet spray they said its included in the price and anyone charging extra for pet spray should not be being doing it. I got this recommendation to use Zerorez from KSL they said you do high quaily work at a fair price. WOW, were they wrong? To make this right charge a fair price for the work you do and don't rip people off because they don't know better we are trusting Zerorez as the professional carpet cleaner. I believe Jacob look at our house and see what we have and raise the price, he commented to me about our deck and pool. BE Fair with your prices and don't hose people or you won't have any customers left to clean carpets for and you be out of business. I have seen it happen before. I have been running my own construction business for over 30 years I don't advertise all the work come from repeat customers and referrals. Because we charge a fair price for the work we do and don't rip people off

My old carpets and the new look amazing! I'm very satisfied with the work done! The technician, Ferdinand Gonzalez, was great! He explained each step of the process, let me ask questions, and was very cheerful and helpful. He made suggestions to take care of pet issues which I appreciated.

I felt everything was very prompt. I was called by the office to let me know how soon my cleaner would be at my place the morning off my appointment. My cleaner also called shortly after to let me know he was on his way. He did a very thorough job and looked very nice when he was finished. Stains were gone and the mat lifted. My cleaner was very polite and very willing to explain what he was doing.

I have already recommended Zerorez to a friend. Our tech yesterday did a wonderful job. He was professional and qualified and pleasant to have in our home.

It was such a relief to have our carpets cleaned so thoroughly. I thought I'd have to replace the carpet in one room that had been stained repeatedly by pets, but the tech pretreated the entire room and there was no smell when he was done. I appreciate that there was no perfume smell either. It's been 10 days, there is no pet smell (even with my nose to the carpet) and the entire house looks great. I'm very grateful!

Was told when made appt that agent would help me move bed to clean under it and then put back but at time of service was told not the case, that I needed to get everything out of room.

I was not told the carpet would be so very wet. It took about 36 hours or more to dry.

Your rates for extra cleaning such as small rugs seems to be high in comparison to a room.

I thought my overall experience with them was really great from start to finish. However, I just don’t feel like my carpets got that clean. I still feel like I see some spots. My carpets weren’t super dirty to begin with, but I’m unfortunately just not happy with the results.
